環境：232房間不能住人就先別賣了，也別打折促銷。我並不清楚200多的房間是打折促銷。
服務：我昨天11.50辦理的後面進入房間才瞭解到了這個現象。（床邊有水流聲）後續向前台瞭解情況，前台的小哥説我們已經告知您樓上在裝修，無窗房232有水流聲音。我根本不知道這個情況，要知道加錢升房也是可以的，但是沒有告知。我算是睡著了，要是睡眠不好的人呢。
其次，為什麼有人1點鐘還在唱歌，早上8點半起來唱歌，隔音太差，導致我這個不吃早飯的人起床吃飯了，早飯也是很敷衍了事，鹹！免費的也不多説什麼了。
後續衹回了一句:沒有辦法解決問題。你要不現在退房，好傢伙我現在退房睡馬路，🐮🐮🐮我也不是想給差評，真的完全可以解決這個問題，我不相信晚上沒有額外的房間了。態度也是一個問題，我這邊有音頻，我也不上傳了。好自為之吧！

過年期間，服務員也很客氣，看到客人都會主動説新年好，體驗不錯，就是早餐～前台有提供小零嘴，加應子好吃😋某寶買了同款😂
福州這個城市好暖，出行免費真好，不過出租車司機一般，繞路了

離三坊七巷比較近，3個地鐵站能到，和三坊七巷的酒店比性價比比較高，訂的無早餐送了一份但是比較簡單，房間面積不是很大，還可以吧！下次來還是會作為選擇酒店之一。
