A warm welcome, fast check-in and an upgrade into executive room. Especially Ms. Grace shows a very good service attitude and very attentive friendly help. Breakfast is a high standard and the good quality of food is delicious and various. Enough elevators and no waiting time when will up or down. The room is good equipped, clean and tight. It have good view. There is a good lobby which is suitable for meeting, drink somewhat, relax or what you want. However, I got a pleasant stay and will stay here next time. I can recommend this hotel to everyone.

amazing! We had a non forgotten time in the hotel! How I wish I have more time to spend in the room with the kids and enjoy the warm spring at level 4! The room is spacious and comfortable with toys and kid’s friendly facilities.

The location of the hotel is very good, and the indoor hygiene is also good. But I personally think there are still problems. For example, the color of the hot water for washing the face is very yellow when it is first put in; the sheets are not clean; the dining room is too cold, so the meals are quickly cold; the place where the clothes are hung in the room is unsanitary above the kettle and drinking cups.

I stayed in three suites for five days in total, and now I will review this place together. The room looks good at first glance, but lacks details. I would like to make the following suggestions: 1. According to the staff, the room I stayed in had some problems with the power system due to the updated smart system. The lights and curtains automatically switched on and off, even waking me up in the middle of the night. I hope it can be improved quickly. 2. Almost everything in the room requires extra payment. Even a small bottle of Coke in the minibar is not free. It is not even as good as some B&Bs I stayed in, let alone some good Evian, Perrier and the like, which can be purchased in Provide more under price control. 3. The toiletries are actually very traditional large bottles of Lux, which is really low-key and unhygienic. 4. The messaging system is not perfect. One of the two days I bought breakfast, the service staff actually chased me and told me that I didn’t buy it. After checking with the front desk, I successfully had breakfast. This episode was not very pleasant. 5. The soundproofing of the hotel is very average or even poor. The next door neighbor was still chatting at 12:30 on the last night, which greatly affected my sleep. Originally I just wanted to give it three points, but the staff was very enthusiastic, had a good attitude, and actively solved problems when they happened, so I gave them encouragement.
