This is a great hotel for an overnight (or brief) stay near Venice Airport.
It is a nice, spacious property, and very well maintained.The room was clean and comfortable.
Service was very good, and there is a full morning breakfast spread. Very good shuttle service to airport (book it at front desk for 8 euro). Strong wifi signal throughout the property.

I have stayed in many hotels and have never given such a bad review. The reasons for my bad review are:
1. The hotel's hygiene is poor: You can see my pictures. The bathtub is very dirty. There are a lot of black dirty things. I don't dare to use it at all. There are also many stains on the sheets.
2. Poor attitude at the front desk: We made an appoin**ent to pick up at the hotel and called the front desk. After saying a few words, he immediately hung up the phone impatiently. This was the first time that the front desk directly hung up the customer's phone number. There was nothing we could do later. After two more phone calls, I finally got the explanation. After checking in at the hotel, I called the front desk to ask for the wifi password, but they also hung up on us directly.
3. The hotel is not user-friendly: On the day we came to Italy, there was a nationwide strike. We were trapped on a small island in Venice and couldn't get out. We wanted to check out of the hotel, but the hotel refused to agree. We had no choice but to spend a lot of money to rent. That kind of yacht sails out of the small island of Venice. I think if we encounter force majeure like a strike, we should be refunded.

It was nice to be able to tour small towns in Italy that I wouldn't have been able to experience if I had stayed in Venice on the main island. The accommodation was clean and I was satisfied with the service.

Good arrangements with shuttle buses to airport and city. Good bathroom mirror. No socket next to one of the beds

The bathroom had unclean grout in the shower.
when i informed management by showing picturies, I was given a shower that leaked.
I showed a video of water leaking on floor from
between the shower and tub at the seam.
I wish I had stayed at my second choice of hotel.
The bed was comfortable.

The property is clean and quiet.Although it’s is 25 mins from the center they provide shuttle service every 20 mins and also from the airport.The front dest personnel are very helpful.Behind the property is a Japanese restaurant if love eating sushi perfect place for you.Definitely stay here again when I come back in Venice.

Debora at Reception was exceptionally friendly and helpful and so were the staff at the daily buffet breakfast. We did not like that the only alternative dining was a Japanese restaurant beside the hotel. The shopping mall described as near the hotel is some 30 minutes away by walking. The hotel is some 30 minutes away from Venice. Book your transfer with the hotel though their transfers don't start until 9:30 am so it cost us 60 Euros by taxi to get to Venice early. The hotel doesn't provide transfers to the train station. Aside from the hotel not being located in a more central location, it is a good place to stay and it's a bonus that the restaurant opens at 5:30 am for breakfast.

Went to restaurant for dinner. Lasagna had clearly been reheated in microwave as middle was very cold. Sullen waiter offered me something else however I didn’t want to take the chance at that point.
