Our room was infested (literally hundreds/thousands of ants) with ants from the moment we got there. Staff told us it was our fault for eating in our room. Refused to give us any money back. We literally had ants crawling on us while we were in bed. Constantly.

Beautiful room with comfortable beds and pillows. Separate vanity with blow dryer outside of bathroom was nice. Pool was really fun. Used it in the afternoon and after breakfast before 11:00 am checkout. Breakfast room had pretty chaffing dishes with eggs, sausages and potatoes. Fresh waffles and apple/ orange juices. Selection of milks and yogurts were offered. Of course coffee was available.

From check in to check out everything was perfect. And I am a fussy traveler! Friendly staff, clean room, good bed, safe area, nice breakfast and easy check out. This is a convention center, but we were traveling through the area for work and chose to lodge here both on our way to the East coast and back from the East coast. Thanks BW you are great!

Everything was well maintained hospitality was excellent. Welcomed arrival, good walk in rate. Great beds fantastic breakfast We are rebooking! This was a great stay in a town with many choices, so glad we stayed here! Exceeded our expectations for a stay off the road without doing much research and I always can count on a Best Western. This was a top of the shelf location and I highly recommend you give it a try.

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times and have never had such a horrible experience and that’s saying something because I’ve had several negative experiences here in the past 4 years. Unfortunately it is often the only available hotel when Knox College has special events. I had a misunderstanding with the front desk clerk about our small dog, which resulted in us paying a $40/night fee and a $200 fine. We were locked out of our room until we paid it. She acted as if I was lying and trying to be sneaky. I asked to speak to the manager but was told he wasn’t available and was instructed to call the next day. I did so but was told once again he wasn’t available. I left my name and number and was told he would call me. After 2 days I called back and the same thing happened. Still no call. I completed the survey they emailed me and got an email apologizing for the clerk behavior but he offered no refund. I called a third time and was told he was “out of station” for 20-25 days so I emailed again but after 4 days I still have not received a reply. Unacceptable behavior from a management that clearly values $280 more than a customer who who stayed there at least 6 times in the past 4 years. Additionally they have no healthy breakfast options for vegetarians, the shower faucet is extremely hard to operate, the towels are scratchy, the grounds are often littered with trash, and we have encountered several loud parties happening outside of our room by the Extended Stay guests.

It was great hotel with clean rooms and beds with lots of option in hot breakfast staff was good and we got fast cheked in and they offered water and lady explained the hotel way to find room so we will surely come back again We recommend it and thank you

We stayed at this hotel in August and again last weekend. Yes, there's many hotels to choose from in the area, but we definitely like this one better. We always get the patio floor room, The courtyard is nice, and they have tables and chairs for each patio room. The beds are pretty comfortable, the pillow is maybe not so much but I'm pretty partial to my pillow at home. The employees are always very friendly, And the breakfast food has always been pretty good. I like how it's slightly secluded from the busy parts of Galesburg but not too far that you can't just drive to downtown. We will be back again! :) Maybe next time we will try the Jacuzzi room :)

Wonderful hotel! I wish all hotels were like this. Very welcoming, comfortable room and great breakfast. The staff asked if we needed anything every chance they had. I would stay here again. This is for sure a five star hotel with a great price!!
