La Bougainvillea Garden Retreat

Away from the chaos, a calm serene place it is!! Just loved how peaceful and soulful the place was✨ The moment I checked in till the moment I checked out…..such a smooth stay it was… Would love to visit this place again…..my heart is still there

We had an amazing two nights at la Bougainvillea. The host family were very warm and attentive, suggesting things to do and even having cold beers ready for us when we arrived! They really went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. And the garden is incredible with views up to gangtok and down the valley. A beautiful place to sit and enjoy a breakfast

The fabulous location and destination for the meeting of your body and soul The staffs were also very humble and were possessing great kindness. The taste and presentation of food was also mind blowing. Must try the bonfire and BBQ here...!

This homestay exceeded our expectations all around. We came we on referral and it was worth it. The compound is lush garden next to the river. Rooms are bright and clean. The host, Sulabh, went out of his way to make us comfortable. The staff was polite and attentive. Food Excellent. I also found to affordable.

Visited the place with my family and friends. Stayed for two days. The place is utopia. Like a paradise. There is water flow like a small river which flows in the property. The property cant be praised enough in words. The host is so humble and phenomenal. The house help were such a greatful guys and helped us in any way they could. The food was just like home. They arranged a bonfire and music night for us. They helped us in making our two days itinerary and it was just the we wanted. Great place, great people, great experience.

Cute place. Service is impeccable. The best in hospitality. Warm fresh and tasty homecooked meal. At a distance from the town but so peaceful and serene. You can hear the river flowing and it calms your mind. Basically it is everything you want it to be.
