離古城牆旅遊景點特別近，很方便，前台服務很好，給升級了一個江景房，非常漂亮，強烈推薦，除了沒有早餐，因為帶着長者有一些不方便，其餘感覺都不錯

贛江邊的一線江景房間，景色超讚！下樓就是江邊棧道和城牆，與鬱孤台、八鏡台、宋城景區、蔣經國故居近在咫尺，第一次來贛州，感覺很好，真是個低調有歷史有底藴的古城，下次再帶家人來，還住這家酒店

服務員態度超級差 洗澡之前向阿姨要浴巾死活不給我 説一個小毛巾夠了？？？ 大家都披着浴巾到處走 一堆浴巾在那堆着也不給我 外面的服務員也很差勁 看到別人穿着浴場的衣服出來 到我們就不行了 四處都有好多孩子特別吵 總之不會再來的

房間廁所會有味道，房間設施舊了，廁所門也很難開關，床單也有臟跡。主要是地點好，步行可以到達很多景點，像鬱孤台，灶兒巷，古浮橋這些。服務員態度也好，酒店隔壁的餐館也是好吃。

優點：離鬱孤台很近，可以走路過去。酒店斜對面就是古城牆，可以沿着古城牆經過各景點到達宋代古浮橋。
缺點：設施較舊，衞生條件較差。停車位少，不過可以挺酒店對面的馬路邊

從海南迴來，趕上降温，下午在服務區還穿短袖，晚上到達贛州就降温20度，趕緊換上羽絨服。雖然位置離宋城文化區很近，但晚上6.7點周邊很冷清，黑洞洞的都關門了，沒地方吃飯。網上查附近吃的，有推薦客家大院，但也有人説巨坑人。我諮詢酒店，酒店也推薦客家大院，就相信酒店了。溜達到客家大院，樣子是挺好看，但味道實在難以下嚥，預製菜，真是沒吃過這麼難吃的飯菜。這麼貴還這麼難吃，也是忒氣人了！酒店推薦實在不負責任。

位置非常好，一線江景，旁邊就是景區，夜市非常熱鬧。店家服務也非常熱情，自駕開車非常方便，就在馬路旁邊。

酒店位置還是很好找的，而且還有地下停車場方便自駕遊，環境雖然舊了一點，設施也落後一點，畢竟在這個旺區不容易，去附近景點真的很方便，吃玩逛非常方便，而且新年價格也不貴值得參考。
