甘孜縣城在川西各地中算是接待能力很好的，扎納無疑是目前甘孜縣城最好的酒店，從內部裝潢到設施都可以和內地的高檔酒店比拼，房間舒適衞生，酒店自帶不錯的餐飲，旁邊也有很好的川菜館；早餐品種可以再豐富一點，來個現煮麪條或者米粉之類的

環境不錯，服務暖心，大總枱一個服務員藏族小妹，熱情周到，我們外出時需借雨傘，小妹妹直接給了3把。這是我第一次在酒店借傘時沒有壓房卡或身份證的酒店。彼此信任是社會主流，更是我們的尊重，謝謝你了登記台小妹妹。
