The lady at the front desk provided two electric heaters, which were okay and made it not cold. The toilet flushes a bit slowly. Behind the hotel is the Wetland Park. 位置絕佳！就在格薩爾王城內，有露天温泉，不怎麼高反的人一定要嘗試～是真正的温泉！！老闆很健談，我們諮詢了附近的景點也都很熱情的指路～旁邊就是格薩爾王城的白塔公園，早上可以遛狗也特別方便！整個川西最滿意的住處！

別院環境特別好，房間正對着湖泊雪山，前台妹妹和其他工作人員對我們很好，感覺很温暖，就是那晚下雨，沒有泡成温暖，留點遺憾，下次來甘孜住這裏再泡！祝吉祥如意！

房間很乾凈，床墊舒服。服務員都很熱情。有求必應。能看見雪山，可惜沒帶長焦鏡頭。 很感謝前台小妹妹，細緻周到的給我介紹周邊可以去玩的地方。 見到了一康巴漢子，據説是酒店老闆，人很熱情。還給我介紹了一個衹有當地人才知道的雪山下的湖泊。太美了！

房間不大，佈局緊湊，洗手間狹小，感應燈很不方便，還有房門不是密封的，隔音效果不好，温泉就在院子裏，池子不大沒有泡了，，，另外城內很多店面沒有開放，遊人不多，廣告牌東倒西歪，沒有打理出當地特色，管理一般有點點失望，整體上感覺上是比較粗獷🤣🤣🤣來到這邊，還是自然風光更吸引人吧！遠眺城外的雪山來彌補這裏的不足！

從窗户望出去看雪山真是美爆啦 晚上泡温泉拍照也好出片呀 聽説這裏的温泉水對關節痛風有奇效 服務也很棒 滿滿的藏式風 滿意滿意 如果下次還能來這裏旅遊一定要再住一回 必須給好評啊

真是一個超級無敵差的酒店，價格1100來説一晚真的感覺就是被敲詐了一樣，跟300塊的酒店都沒有辦法比的。硬件設施簡直差到死，首先入住到前台我説明明攜程訂的酒店服務員説沒有，結果到處問問我們是不是線下定的788的價格，太搞笑了攜程訂這個酒店他們還有中間人吃差價的啊，我也認了沒想到酒店這裏停電到晚上10點才來電，這個價格的酒店連一個發電機都沒有真的絕了。抹黑到10點終於來電了，那好嘛既然定了1000多的私湯温泉肯定要泡温泉撒，結果沒有水，打電話問服務員説要牽水管從樓下接水上來。這就是1000多塊一碗的服務吧還要啦水管接水。這個酒店收着高價房費辦着低價服務設施。我想問老闆哪裡來的勇氣1000多一晚的。你是想來一個做死一個嗎？誰再來誰倒黴。從來不給差評的我今天給一個超級無敵差評，吹個頭發插線板都沒。反正差到沒辦法，誰住誰**
