這是我住酒店以來最差體驗，沒有之一。
首先，前台小姑娘要死不活，態度極度差。辦入住，要求先看一下房間再下訂單，這個合情合理的要求，小姑娘不情不願。
第二，關於停車位。樓下是道路，商家讓我停門前，明擺着會被貼條的地方。如果商家沒有自己的停車場，可以告訴消費者其他地方可停，而不是冷冰冰的説停門前。
第三，晚上吹了半天空調，房間沒什麼效果。讓商家協助添加電扇，直接説沒有，不行就退房。下午前面的問題我也不和小姑娘計較，畢竟小孩子一個。但他們老闆態度這麼惡劣，我就脾氣來了。有這樣的老闆才有這樣的員工，根本沒有任何服務意識。
第四，衣架問題，這麼熱的天洗了衣服，沒有衣架掛。首先你是一家酒店，不是網吧，主要目的是來住宿，不是來玩遊戲。找前台溝通，需要衣架，直接又是冷冰冰的説沒有。前台撥通老闆電話，直接説給錢幫我們去買。
作為服務行業，顧客有一定的需求很正常，而不應該冷冰冰對待。如果沒有，可以做一定的解釋或引導，而不是否定顧客的要求，或者認為是無理要求，生硬要求顧客退房。做的不好，應該是想辦法做好，而不是閉上耳朵拒絕合理的建議。建議平台對這類商家嚴查嚴管，同時希望後面的消費者，能擦亮眼睛，不值這個價，不值住這裏。
