房間乾淨整潔，環境非常好，服務員服務既周到又熱情。樓道很長達160多米，很是震撼。早餐食品很豐富，有面點有蔬菜有粗糧還有本地好吃的麪條，還有多樣的水果，牛奶豆漿。早餐給我們留下了深刻的印象。

本次住宿體驗極差，分為以下幾點，第一空調不好
設施老舊，衞生環境不好灰塵太多，淋浴熱水沒有，酒店工作人員態度不行，問題不及時解決，還掛電話，態度極其惡劣。酒店工作人員知道沒有熱水的情況下未提前告知或者調房。沒有服務意識！

外觀環境很好，房間N多，入住保安指引了房間，找房間找了個半天沒找到，回到服務枱問保安，保安看了房號説弄錯了，不是那一棟。可能因為房間太多的原因，房間不是很乾凈，親子房間的小床是一張便攜摺疊床，睡的不是很舒服。
