Um dos poucos pontos positivos é a localização e o estacionamento. Mas a recepção é burocrática, o quarto é barulhento por conta da proximidade com a avenida Rui Barbosa, e dos hospedes e funcionários nos corredores. Só possui um elevador. As luzes da decoração de Fim de Ano sao penduradas na janela e não deixam o quarto escuro.

Hotel bem localizado, com quartos amplos e bom estacionamento. O atendimento foi muito bom. Café regional bem satisfatório. A única coisa que poderiam modificar, em minha opinião, é o box e o chuveiro do banheiro. O box abre "para dentro", dificultando a entrada e saída, principalmente quando é necessário dar banho em criança. O chuveiro aparentemente é antigo, com a saída de água bem "espalhada".

O banheiro ( box) pessimo, mínimo no tamanho e chuveiro ruim é molha tudo. Café da manhã deixou de ser o forte e a rês frontal, não mais existe.

Experiência muito ruim. Troquei de quarto por causa do barulho de pombos e dos funcionários da manutenção. Fui do quarto para o terceiro andar, meu quarto estava sujo e a noite acordei com uma barata em cima de mim. Para completar o elevador estava sem funcionar. Só se salvou o café da manhã e os funcionários que eram atenciosos.

Ótimas acomodações e café da manhã perfeito!!! Funcionários atenciosos e simpáticos. Localização muito boa e com estacionamento privado. Recomendo! A única coisa a melhorar seria a iluminação dos quartos e banheiros, pois as luzes são amarelas e mto fracas, principalmente a do banheiro.
