Arrived late night due to flight delay. Didn't had breakfast as I left early. Deposit was taken but still didn't get any info when it will be reversed. Just was told the room need to be checked first. However I just slept there for 4 hours

Overall not clean! Sheets smell nasty. Staff are rude. I asked the resiptionist why the smell of merguana is everywhere? Do you smell it? He answered rudely " he can't smell. He has allergy " no mention the jamed door of my room making big noise when opened.

The room is large, clean and well-equipped. The service staff Jugo is very nice. Free parking is available.

There was no coffee at breakfast and the staff was incredibly rude. I heard them laughing at us when we walked away from the desk and it was very unpleasant.

Front desk was unmanned for more than an hour in yhe morning and the staff available there had no clue where the front desk staff was nor attempted to call them even after muktiple requests.
Was stuck with no way to get back into my room as the keys stopped working.
No one was there to help until after an hour... terrible start for the morning

An extremely worn out property. Clean. Old. Wouldn’t stay there again. Archaic heating system hard to control room temp.

The staff was very accomodating, and the suite was better than expected! What caught me off guard was that the property also had the "feel" of a residence for the homeless as well. As if it had a contract to house the homeless.
