In town visiting family Friendly staff clean room front desk and housekeeping were very helpful on all needs.

Our first time here but nice stay. Very friendly and helpful desk person. Only drawback was way into room. We could park immediately outside our room but sliding door didn’t work so we had to walk to central entrance way and lug our bags that way. I have a terminal disease so this was somewhat difficult.

Room unclean. Sheets and night table dirty. Room was prepaid, but I had to pay an unexpected pet fee when I arrived and then had to put a 100 on a credit card for a deposit i would receive in 10 days.

Could not watch tv, was supposed to have multiple channels but was only able to get 4 and the reception was terrible.

Room wasnt clean, dirty towels left in my hotel room, burns in the curtains, blood on toilet seat, pee near outside entry of hotel to get to the room, shower knob broke off in my hand when i went to check the shower. I checked out immediately.

Staff was pretty friendly, got there and the booking was for 2 beds and there was only 1 so they had to find us a different room. And the hallway smelled really badly

I didn't like to see so many roaches.They came and sprayed but the roaches came out more.I was eating and they crawled out to take my food.They were everywhere.

Worst experience I’ve ever had paying to stay somewhere. Disgusting room that hasn’t been properly cleaned in months. We were there less than 12 hours and saw three roaches in our room. Staff did not care at all. Getting a refund for our unused nights was a whole ordeal. They refused to give us a full refund. I will never stay at a Quality Inn ever again.

I'd stay here again. The only negatives are nitpicky things that I call standard when booking a more budget friendly room. Pool was an eyesore and should be emptied for the season instead of letting guests see brown water floating outside their windows. This is an older building, but they try to keep it up, which is a good thing because older buildings have more soundproofing, which means rooms are quieter.
