Clean rooms, close to everything. We would definitely book there again if we need another hotel.

hotel smell funny all through out. Breakfast are WAY too small very long wait to make waffles and to find a seat. Other than that is an ok stay and very close to everything.

Check in was quick and easy. The gentleman that checked us in and worked night shift had the best customer service. Externally accommodating and polite. Breakfast was waffles, eggs, sausage, toast, bagels, cereal, oatmeal, and muffins.

Good clean rooms, friendly staff, perfect location to everything! The only thing is the pool needs cleaned pretty bad! Looks like it’s never been cleaned! White stuff floating all throughout and brown dirt gathered up on the floor of the pool! We’ve stayed there twice and the pool was the same both times! I really don’t think the pool is ever cleaned or filtered! My kids got sick with fevers last time we went! Idk if it had to do anything with the pool or not! Please clean the pool! Other than that is was a good stay both times!

The breakfast was ok. Just wished they would have provided different options. Boiled eggs, bacon, biscuits, English muffins, & doughnuts would be nice. Same things each day eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, bannanas, oatmeal, grits, toast, & muffins. Coffee & tea are great here! Bed needed a matress pad, furniture in room was stained. Maybe put a cover over it. Room clean for the most part. Good location. Easy walk into Gatlinburg. Didn"t utilize pool. Staff friendly. Move vending machines away from rooms if possible. Quiet hotel for the most part. Satisfied. Ample parking.

Staff was great, room was very clean, parking was a little difficult, but not a huge issue. Great location. 5 minute walk from the main ***** in Gatlinburg.

Parking easy . Location at walking distance from main road attractions and restaurants . Needs updates and TLC.

Tub was waxed or something...was like an ice skating rink. Staff was unfriendly since the moment we walked in the door, it was like we were bothering them. Toilet seat broken, sink was clogged. The hallways really smelled...it was like they were trying to cover something up. We actually left early because of the condition of this hotel. I even put a note into the hotel and no response at all.

Room was clean, staff friendly, pool was warm and the breakfast was good. Just wish the jetted tub in our room worked.
