We stayed for one night prior to an early morning flight and left our car parked at the guest house. Our stay was exceptional in a more than comfortable private lodge. Very clean facility with a number of unexpected treats - complimentary drinks and snacks, sleep spray for the pillows and a selection of toiletries for sale in case of any forgotten items. On the morning of our departure we were too early for breakfast but David provided us with breakfast bags containing a good selection to eat at the airport. We were taken to and picked up from the airport without any delay. Upon collecting our car we had a further suprise with a bag of snacks and water for the journey home. Reasonably priced and would definitely recommend and use again.

Without doubt this B&B surpasses every expectation. There were some many wonderful touches that we could have stayed longer. I had the most wonderful sleep in such a comfy bed. We took away the well provided continental breakfast. Just minutes down the road is the Old House restaurant which was delicious and great value. David, be proud of what you do, it's worth it. We will.come again

This delightful b&b is a truly 5 star experience from booking all the way through to checking out. The room was really comfortable, the bathroom had the best shower ever, and everything was spotlessly clean. The welcoming hosts have thought of everything and we were continually surprised by thoughtful touches. Breakfast was superb and a lovely experience. We stayed one night, were driven to the airport, got a taxi back and stayed another night, all while our car was safely parked on the driveway. I literally can't gush enough about this incredible place and we will stay each and every time we fly from Gatwick - unless word gets out and it's impossible to get a booking! The standard here is really second to none.

Booked Oak Tree Lodge after reading all the great reviews and comments on Tripadvisor regarding the accommodation and the hosts Richard and David - they are not wrong! Very good overnight stay, comfy bed, with a stress-free DIY breakfast (boiled eggs, continental etc) prior to a swift transfer for a mid-morning flight. Collection very efficient on return. Thanks both, will certainly book again for similar flights.

We selected this lovely B&B having read the reviews of many people, all of which were glowing in their praise for their stay. We were delighted to find that all of the positive comments were very well deserved. After a friendly greeting we were shown to a room which exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort, cleanliness, facilities and spaciousness. The very reasonable price included being dropped off at Gatwick airport and we also took up the facility of leaving our car at the property for the duration of our holiday. This really is the perfect way to start a holiday leaving from Gatwick and we will most definitely stay here again as the perfect preparation for future holidays.

Great B and B, has everything you could need and more, lots of personal touches. Including option to purchase (at very reasonable cost) any forgotten toiletries. Really nice self serve breakfast options available. Rooms were comfortable and warm.

Wonderful B&B,room was just what we needed very warm, clean and very comfy bed. Nice touches with the bag of sweets in the room. David was very helpful and nothing was any trouble. Even when we come back from our holiday, he had put a bag of treats in our car for the journey home. Defo would recommend and will return 👌

Beautiful rooms with lots of lovely extra touches, safe parking, private transfers to and from the airport, impressive breakfast boxes to take to the airport for our early flight, drinks and snacks left in car for us when we picked it up. Lovely restaurant only a few minutes walk. Perfect thank you.

Superb. Such attention to detail. Only slight draw back was the people who were in the other room. Their TV was incredibly loud and when in the kitchen they were also loud. Otherwise everything else was great. The snacks, breakfast, little touches in the bedroom were so well thought out. Would certainly stay again but may ask David and Richard if there is a quieter room.
