The hotel staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, making our stay a pleasant one. Although the hotel is a little dated, it is well maintained and kept clean. The only downside was the air conditioning, which did not function well and made the room less comfortable than expected.

Small boutique hotel near Serravalle Outlet. Staffs are welcoming and attentive. Simple room but good enough for a 1 night stay.

城堡酒店應該是加維（Gavi）地區較少的一家酒店，古堡就在酒店的右前方，酒店前是廣場，對面是一所學校。酒店前台設在樓梯轉角，接待是一位中年紳士，仔細介紹了酒店鑰匙使用情況和停車情況（廣場的白線車位可以免費停車，蘭線車位需付費）。整體感覺不錯，唯一就是房間不隔音。
