Bad hotel . Will not come again Terrible

Hotel service is very good

Excellent hotel in the center of Gavi. Clean apartments. Perfect breakfast on the veranda. Due to problems with renting a car, we were without a car for 2 days, the excellent hotel staff helped us with transport in our movements. Big thanks to them!

We’ve a wonderful and comfortable stay with all 3 of us within the same unit with two bedrooms. Breakfast freshly made were delicious. Nearby recommended restaurants had great food too. Thank you for the kind hospitality.

They have upgraded our room I think and it was a large room, even with our 3 furry large dogs with us. Unfortunately they do not allow us to bring our dogs into the breakfast area, unlike other Italian hotels, but it is not a big deal. The bathroom is a bit small but that is also not a big deal for a short stay. The staff are all extremely friendly and made us feel so homy. Thank you so much all!

We (a family of four) stayed at this hotel for one night while traveling from Nice to Geneva. I was looking for a hotel near the Serravalle Outlet and this hotel was just few minutes away, Overall, I was pleasantly surprised! It is a small hotel in a small town, but I found the hotel staff to be exceptionally accommodating and eager to be good hosts. The lady at the reception desk stayed more than an hour past the stated check-in hour to be there when we arrived; the lady at the breakfast went through each of the items (locally made) and was happy to make custom omelettes. I would say they were the best hotel staff among all the hotels on this 2-week long trip!

Friendly welcome at the reception, very clean hotel and good rooms, delicious breakfast buffet with many local and homemade items. Car parking for free opposite the hotel. The only small disadvantage is that the curtains are not completely light-proof. We would always come back.

Our room was like new. Beautiful. And the $8 breakfast was delightful.

We visited Gavi for a combined shopping and wine experience. The hotel was very comfortable, but what made the difference was the management and staff’s efforts to make us feel at home. Even for a short stay, our every Need was catered for, including the unexpected jester of providing us with a Serravalle discount card. Overall, highly recommended.

It was a lovely stay at Hotel Al Castello in Gavi. We booked the Hotel on our way to Italy and though we arrived late they made the check in easily possible. They contacted us via WhatsApp and everything was prepared. For people traveling by car: there is a big parking area right in front of the hotel, which was great. The room was beautiful with old wooden accessories, very clean and big in size. The breakfast served regional products and was quite good. Overall we really loved the 2 days and we will come back. The rooms were simple but recently renovated and clean. Self checkout service worked well. The main issue is no parking space since Sunday’s street market takes over the square… The staff was friendly and attentive, communicative and very polite.

Very good hotel located on the center of Gavi. Very clean and people very nice. It is not my first time and I am sure I will back to this hotel. Very good option if you are on the zone it is nice and good service and walking you have many options for lunch or dinner and a few minutes by car of Serravalle

Simple rooms, clean, bathroom updated. Nice breakfast on the terrace, very friendly staff. Parking is behind the hotel and free. Very good value for money, would come again any time. Enjoyed the Gavi festival on our last day at the hotel!

Best hotel, very clean very convenient, parking. Nice and healthy breakfast, very good service GREAT PLACE TO SEE the HILLS of GAVI We got an apartament with the jacuzzi, very spacious and very italian feels like home :)
