the B&B is super clean, recently remodeled in a very good location and really quiet at the same time. Beds are very comfortable. Good breakfast with excellent coffee, including fruit if you want. The owner is super friendly. It has an excellent price-quality relation. I really recommend this accommodation for a visit to Genova.

Can only agree with others that this is a top quality bed & breakfast. Facilities close to 4 star hotel, spotless, tasteful decoration, comfy beds, air con etc. It's an exceptional bathroom and shower too. Great breakfast in small dining area. Located on4th floor - yes there is a lift. Walking everywhere - so good to have central location close to brignole station. 5 stars to alessia for service, value and communication to find and check in, provide info and recommends for restaurants. We loved our stay. Thank you.

This B&B is like a small 5-star hotel, but with a very personal touch. It is situated in an old building, just round the corner of a busy shopping street. Our (2-rooom) flat was fully renovated with a very good taste ( great, modern bathroom, too). Our charming host Alessia could not have been more friendly and attentive. She speaks great English. Can warmly recommend this room (Navicare) to anyone who appreciates a great night sleep, and can do without a balcony.

We are so glad we found this bed and breakfast in Genoa and would definitely recommend it. Alessia and her husband did a fantastic job with their renovation, which is evident from the videos we were shown of what the rooms looked like when they bought it! The elevator wasn’t working when we arrived but her husband carried our suitcases up for us, which was no easy feat because it is located on the 5th floor. The room was very tastefully decorated with a modern gray theme, and had a very comfortable pillow top mattress. Breakfast was simple but adequate and enjoyable.

My husband and I greatly enjoyed our stay. The concierge, Alessia was very kind and helpful. She helped us find a pharmacy to get COVID testing before we flew home to the USA. She went above and beyond. The room is just as advertised. It was fresh, clean and very comfortable. The property is a very short walk to exploring this part of Genoa, which is beautiful and interesting. Lots of cafes, restaurants, amazing buildings, etc. We would definitely stay here again.

The foyer and the rooms were quite lovely. I really liked the decorations. The service was impeccable. The proprietor was very helpful in providing restaurant recommendations to me. The breakfast was tasty. It was conveniently located just 10 minutes from a train station. I would stay there again.

Un B&B veramente coi fiocchi. Vicino alla stazione Brignole, all'inizio della rinomata Via XX Settembre. Camera arredata con gusto, funzionale, silenziosa e pulitissima. Ottima colazione. Ma l'eccellenza è rappresentata da Alessia, persona squisita, simpatica, gentile, professionale e colta. Impeccabili i suoi suggerimenti dei luoghi da visitare, dei ristoranti da frequentare e dei negozi delle tipicità genovesi. 5 stelle con massima lode. Consigliatissimo.

Alessia ci ha accolto con molta professionalità. Persona gentile che ci ha messo subito a nostro agio . Molto utili i suoi consigli per la visita della città e dove mangiare. Da non tralasciare la pulizia e la posizione, Vicini alla stazione, in pieno centro È andato tutto alla perfezione,lo consiglio caldamente.

Bed & breakfast très bien situé, à côté de l'avenue principale (XX Settembre) de Gênes. À 5 minutes à pied de la gare. Très pratique pour visiter la (vieille) ville à pied, et les petits villages en train. Les chambres sont très bien décorées, propres, et spacieuses. Literie confortable. Petit-déjeuner royal préparé avec soin par Alessia. Allez-y, vous ne serez pas déçus!

Bella struttura dotata di tre appartamenti, posti al quarto piano di un palazzo servito da ascensore: comoda e facile da raggiungere. Nelle vicinanze è possibile trovare parcheggio con facilità sempre considerando che siamo a Genova. La camera a me riservata, la Nautica, è molto comoda ed ampia, pulita e dotata di un bel bagno completa di tutti i comfort. La differenza però la fa la Signora Alessia, una vera professionista dell'accoglienza, molto cordiale, sorridente e disponibile. È stato un vero piacere conoscerla. Avrò cura di tornare quando possibile.

Erittäin ystävällinen ja henkilökohtainen palvelu. Helppo saapua junalla, kunhan valitsee oikean aseman (Genova Brignole). Ympärillä runsaasti hyviä ruokapaikkoja.

Siamo capitati a Genova per un impegno familiare, e abbiamo prenotato due notti in questa meravigliosa struttura. La stanza molto curata, una tripla con stanzetta attigua, profumatissima e pulita. Il bagno lindo e comodo, la colazione ottima. Il bb si trova in posizione centrale, proprio accanto a via xx settembre, e a piedi ai raggiungono tanti posti. La gentilezza della proprietaria, Alessia, ci ha fatto apprezzare ancora di più la nostra mini vacanza. La consiglio e ci tornerò

Si tratta di un appartamento completamente rinnovato in un palazzo in pieno centro. Poche stanze e una piccola zona comune, tutto molto curato e pulito. Le camere sono arredate con gusto, il letto è comodissimo, c’è televisione è un frigorifero. Bagno nuovissimo con splendida doccia idromassaggio. Wi-Fi ottimo. Menzione speciale per Alessia, che ci accolto al nostro arrivo e preparato la colazione. Gentilissima, ci ha dato tanti ottimi consigli dove andare, dove cenare. La posizione è ottima, vicinissima al centro e con molti ristoranti, locali e negozi nelle vicinanze. Vicino anche un parcheggio pubblici a pagamento, poiché è quasi impossibile trovare posto in strada, che sarebbe comunque a pagamento. Ottimo tutto e assolutamente consigliato.
