Had 10 nights here while we visited Texas and COTA. Wonderful room, spacious. The whole property is fantastic and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hosts are wonderful and nothing was too much for them from leaving us a picnic for our early morning starts at the track or off to Dallas. The breakfasts were lovely, tasty and spot on.

Four of us stayed (in four rooms) for two nights. Wish it could have been more! We were all impressed with the property and its amenities, but especially with Eleanor, Inn Proprietor Extraordinaire! Sandra came to prepare breakfast, and it was fantastic - especially the sausage and veggie frittata - one of my favorite breakfasts ever! This place is just amazing - lots of eclectic furnishings and beautiful grounds. Best service ever! Highly recommended!
