Myrion Beach Resort & Spa - Adults Only

Beautiful hotel. Unfortunately the sauna and steam room were 20 euros per hour extra. The pool Was too cold to swim in. Hotel staff was great and we got upgraded. The resort and most of the things in the town close up by the end of October and reopen the next year in May. Food was ok but not great.

Terrible assistance from manolis the receptionist. Reserved a taxi prior, only to come and wait and then being asked to share the taxi with other couples just to accommodate the situation. If the hotel cannot reserve a taxi for their guest, then they should just say not available.

I can only recommend staying here. Once you arrive, you feel nothing but welcome. The atmosphere spreaded by the staff and the hotel itself makes you feel good and welcome right away. The room was always clean and fresh. So was the pool area as well as the swim up pool right in front of our room. The breakfast fast was awesome. You could pick from a variety of food or order an omelette with all ingredients you wish, and it was cooked right in front of you. Chilling at the pool, you could order food and drinks directly to your sunbed and it was great all the time. Only thing bad about dinner, there was too much amazing food and you could not eat everything you wanted. There was a greek evening once with freshly made Loukoumades which were literally the best. All the other desserts made you feel like in heaven. If I gained extra kg, so be it. I don't know when, but one time we'll be back for sure!

We had the most wonderful week staying at this hotel. We are usually great explorers and enjoy getting away from our accommodation but not here, we loved the hotel so much we barely left all week! The hotel was beyond perfect, the rooms were luxurious, comfortable and extremely clean. The staff were kind, friendly, professional and polite. Every member of staff wore smart clean uniform and a friendly smile. We were greeted with a hot flannel and a cool glass of Prosecco which was wonderful! The pool was stunning, 35 meters for laps! We used the indoor gym and outdoor gym every day before dinner because the dinner was soooo good!!! I had two massages throughout the holiday which was delightful! There’s also a stunning spa which I didn’t get to use due to one of the equipment being out of use. We did visit the botanical gardens which the hotel recommended and as it was only half an hour drive we went and absolutely loved it. It’s a tricky walk for anyone less able but was worth the trip. We discussed returning next year as it was that good! Can’t wait to return!

Currently staying here at the hotel and it’s truly mesmerising, facilities unbelievable, our room (junior suite 2211) is immaculate , food amazing, access to the beach brilliant, pool area fabulous and the staff are a credit to the hotel they are kind, welcoming and professional and accommodating, nothing is too much trouble, thank you for all the ice 😂 cannot recommend enough!

This hotel really is outstanding. Immaculately clean, the staff are always cleaning, gardening and maintaining the grounds. Guest services manager Ioanna goes up and beyond for all your needs and requests. Every staff member is friendly and helpful. Our swim up room was stunning with a large terrace. Water is cold at this time of year but as always once you’re in and shoulders down it’s absolutely fine! The whole resort is so relaxing and peaceful. From 5pm in the Pool Bar the barman Vasillius and waitress Dora were just the best! Friendly, attentive and hilarious. They also have live solo singers on each evening. Sun beds are the most comfortable I’ve ever been on. Thick mattresses and loads to choose from. Beachfront with a couple of outstanding beach bars within 5 minutes walk. Would definitely return this was an amazing find and you won’t be disappointed

Dora & Vasillius …what a dream team, slick operation in the restaurant & Pool bar after 5pm! They are great company too, double comedy act added into the mix - Love them! But the entire staffing crew cannot do enough for you! Ionna is Guest Services Manager and has completely looked after us! We are a party of 4 ladies on our annual 3 night girls trip and enjoyed our large terrace swim ups so much but early season meant the pool was still quite cold. The hotel is quiet and serene ideal for couples and honeymooners and just a taxi ride away is busy Platanias full of shops, bars and restaurants and Chania old town is fabulous too. 5/5 for cleanliness too - the staff are constantly painting, cleaning or gardening. Proper Sunbed’s with thick mattresses and more than plenty to go round by the main pool or beach. The beach is sandy but with lots of pebbles and stones but still a beach nevertheless. A 10 min walk left down the beach brings you to a small selection of great beach bars for lunch. Well done Myrion, you have pretty much nailed it for a great relaxing hotel stay!
