Hôtel très bien situé et propre. Le personnel est très agréable. Par contre le spa est un peu décevant.

I arrived on 13th September and stayed until 19th September and had a truly marvellous stay. Reception was very welcoming and staff very friendly and more than happy to speak English because regretfully I do not speak French, always smiling and greeting no matter what time of day you were in or out. The room was beautiful and very comfortable, lovely decor, and great facilities including air con shower superb and although it seemed to be open to the room it could actually be screened off, room was serviced every day complimentary water on first day of arrival plus tea making facility. My room had a nice view out towards the Alps and the hotel itself is very central to the main centre and to travel to other places so a great location. There is a swimming pool, spa, sauna and fitness room. Lovely small lounge downstairs behind reception with complimentary coffee. Would I stay at this hotel again, yes most definitely. Would I recommend this hotel - yes indeed without any hesitation. Thank you Urban Hotel and to all your Staff

We found a clean and functional room, with two bottles of local water ad a gift. The toilet with shower and washbasin is open to the room but the toilet is separate. The furnishings are minimal but very colourful. The electrical sockets are in the right place. Much attention paid to environmental sustainability and compliance with anti covid hygiene standards. Reception staff professional but a little slow.

De passage pour le travail, l’hôtel est bien situé et agréable. Les chambres sont fonctionnelles et modernes. Seul bémol, l’isolation phonique.
Point fort, le restaurant situé dans l’hôtel est très bon.

Très bon rapport qualité prix, des équipements sportifs et une piscine très appréciés des enfants, un petit déjeuner avec du choix, et le tout en plein cœur de ville. Une literie excellente qui à elle seule vallait le détour 😁

J'ai voulu aller diner au restaurant de l'hôtel mais je n'avais pas réservé et à 19h20, c'était complet.
Le parking est cher et mal commode.
J'ai voulu aller au centre de soins mais, là aussi, c'était complet sur 3 jours. Je suis restée 3 jours justement.
J'ai voulu aller au spa et là, pas de chance, il y avait déjà 14 personnes dans la piscine, impossible de nager et d'utiliser les buses massantes car déjà prises. Quant au hammam et c'est surtout pour cela que j'y allais, il ne fonctionnait pas et on ne m'avait pas prévenu à l'accueil. Enfin, le ménage n'a pas été fait la veille de mon départ.
