Staffs are nice and kind. There is a private hot spring but you need to reserve it and pay extra 2200Yen. From the pictures I thought it’s inside your room. View from the room is nice.

1.小童政策需要單獨跟旅館確認，找攜程管家就好，我們四歲的孩子單獨加了餐食，還有鋪床，總共是8000日元（成人50%）
2.酒店有嬰兒浴盆，但是我們沒用上，因為我們定了單獨的私湯，就直接在私湯那邊泡温泉了（2000日元）
3.有一個會説中文的女員工挺好的，很漂亮，服務也很好
4.榻榻米適合帶孩子，會避免孩子掉床
5.整體衞生很好，可以看出，酒店有一點年頭了，但是嗯，整體的維護還是不錯的，廁所跟浴室的下水的排風不是特別好，有的時候感覺會有一點點反胃，但是整體的乾淨整潔都是不錯的
6.床鋪很舒服，本來以為會睡不習慣，但是第一天睡下來睡得還是比較踏實的，而且那個蒲團也非常的舒服，我們六點半到七點半在樓下用餐，工作人員就把床給鋪好了，房間也準備好冰水給我們喝
7.説一下早晚餐，晚餐是在房間裏面吃的，懷石料理小朋友的是無生食的，大人的是會有生魚片的，但是也就是一點點，然後整體的餐都是比較豐富的，因為還有一個不到一歲的孩子，所以單獨點了一個烏冬面，孩子也比較喜歡吃，但是在第二天早餐的時候就沒有任何給孩子吃的東西，嗯，這個是希望還是可以改善的，因為基本上去玩的家庭帶了孩子都可能有小孩子跟大孩子，如果小小孩可以準備吃的的話，我覺得下一次家庭再預訂的時候就會沒有什麼後顧之憂
8.酒店的接送非常好，除了有定點的巴士以外嗯，還可以叫出租車，出租車也是跟酒店合作的，直接告訴他到酒店就行了，但是如果去其他地方打車，還是要單獨付費的，衹免費從下呂站到酒店
9.酒店的兩個私湯一個是方形的，一個是圓形的，然後在二樓，然後可以看到旁邊的河景，還是不錯的。嗯，45分鐘2000日元收費也不貴，非常好，店的公共浴池環境也很好很美，旁邊有楓樹，感覺秋天去會更好，公共浴池的衞生維護的也很好嗯，沒有什麼異味，然後再嗯，進入浴池的大門口外有一個冰箱，裏面有冰棍，可以自取享用

非常傳統舊式嘅溫泉酒店，從你入住一刻會享受到熱情嘅招待，但全部都已經安排妥當，包括你嘅房間晚餐早餐全部都已經編排好，若果你有任何改動基本上係唔可能 ，就好似我哋今次入住嘅房間位於低層面向馬路，樓下的車聲及人講嘢的說話聲音全部聽得非常清楚，詢問過想轉房表示不可能，因為已經全滿及已經安排，所以非常失望，希望會入住嘅人留意呢一點 ！

酒店服務很熱情，姓王的前台經理（不好意思名牌上衹有姓氏）熱情推薦了私湯，這個季節能看到櫻花，景色絕贊。客房有玄關+小客廳+卧室+衞生間+洗面台+私湯很寬敞，能看到全方位河景，房間內的私湯view也很棒。

大觀壯環境很好，房間很大，服務態度很好，有專人帶你入住，就餐，酒店離車站不遠，步行十五分鐘，也有出租車免費接送。晚飯是單獨的屋子，早飯是很大的餐廳。早飯晚飯都是日式料理。前台有中文服務，去得早可以預約私人湯
