The Hotel was incredible good located, the Garden surrounding the Hotel was amazing. The breakfast was quite full and also the food was fresh.
The bar tender Silvester was amazingly kind, and he was really keen on preparing all cocktails. The receptionist Walmer was also so kind, we forgot the charger adapter and he gave us one! Also he was always prepared to solve any questions we had!! Our experience was much more of what we were expecting. I definitely recommend this Hotel, not only for the building but for all the staff!! Definitely my Number one come back 🇦🇷

I turned up after dark to a very impressive, well lit venue. Very helpful staff and easy check in. Lovely room, not particularly big but a very comfortable bed with a nice bathroom (great shower) and tea making facilities.
I did not have dinner or breakfast there and left quite early so did not spend much time there on this occasion.
It is in a very nice, quiet location and easy to access from the M25 via the M4 or M40.
I certainly plan to stay there again.
The Chris**as decorations were very well done - beautiful.

Collapsed ceiling on corridor to my room. Bed accessible from one side only. Dirty marks on wall. Debris (bags of linen and dirty pots/glasses, empty bottles) left in corridor outside my door for two days and nights. Courtesy drinks of bottled water were removed and not replenished. Electric heater in room was a sign of how cold the place was, I certainly needed to use it. Restaurant food was expensive but nice. Won’t be back.

Room was too hot overnight, couldn’t turn off heating. Very stuffy, didn’t sleep well.

The walls of the rooms are made of paper...
I stayed at Stoke Place while travelling for work. While is would have like to have a good night sleep, you could hear every conversation and the TV from the room next door.
I call reception to have a room change, but this could not be done. So I ended up not being able to sleep until 1am.
It is also worth mentioning the rooms are very tired and need to be updated. I would not say the photos on ******* or their website reflect the current condition.

Amazing food and amazing beds and amazing bathrooms. Very clean and quiet - could do with some more modern facilities. But. I would stay here again.

Can't fault the service at all, the staff were all excellent, especially the breakfast team. If I were to stay here again I would probably avoid the gatehouse (room 28). Although it's a nice room it's very near the road and traffic starts at 5am sharp, you can hear everything.

Nice enough. The public rooms are nicely decotarted but the bedrooms need some work. The garden room I was in was tired. For example in the bathroom (which was freezing cold) the plastic film on the windows for privacy was half peeled off. The room needed double glazing and some better heating. Also housekeeping missed things like shower gel. On the plus side the staff were lovely and restaurant food very good
