The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The hotel wasn’t in the greatest area. A little inconvenient to get to. The staff was very friendly.

Booked a 3-day stay through *******. Had to cancel due to change of plans. Called the hotel the day before and asked them to cancel. They gave me the runaround: said they have no way to refund me and that I have to contact *******.
******* support tried to reason with them, without success. They charged me for three days that I couldn't be there. Yes, I know the policy says "no refunds" -- yet another hotel (Spring Hill Suites) gave me a full refund under the exact same circumstances.

Very clean and quiet. Surrounding neighborhood not great but property itself was nice. Customer service was fantastic and breakfast was good but average. There was always fresh fruit available which was nice.

The staff was wonderful. Elijah and Angela were the best. They should be commended for their insight, helpfulness and friendly smiles. They deserve a raise.
The acvomodations were great. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff were amazing! Friendly, personable, professional. Room was very clean, large, comfortable. The ONLY complaint was a rumbling noise that vibrated the room (and bed while I was trying to go to sleep) that occurred every few minutes. I will definitely stay at this site again when I need to stay overnight between workdays.
