Panoramic Cave Hotel & Spa

The location is the best, with a large balcony from where you can view the hot air balloons each morning ! The rooms are small but you get a good cave hotel experience. Staff is friendly and cooperative, helping us to arrange local tours. It's easily accessible to the cafes and restaurants and shopping .so a perfect pick as it has its in house hammam and spa as well

Just a short note to say how happy we have been with the hotel. Being a cave hotel in Goreme, Panoramic Cave Hotel starts as being in a spectacular spot but still my family and I were really,really impressed by the 'human' side of what the hotel offers. All staff have been so friendly and shown why the family background to the premises works so well.They all care.I'd particularly single out Ahmed who, whether serving us at breakfast or helping out with sundowner drinks of an evening he has been excellent. We will be back for sure.Great stay.

We enjoyed our recent stay in the Panoramic Cave hotel. We had booked two Fairy Chimney rooms but as we arrived, the staff noted that one of our members had some mobility issues and the two rooms were up some steep stairs. He immediately suggested and prepared a downstairs room for them. We slo enjoyed our spa visit and particularly liked the spa staff here. I want to especially commend the breakfast staff who went out of their way for us (love the cookies). They also booked all our tours for us and we were quite pleased with the guide and driver of these. I do have one suggestion: put some dressers or armoire in the rooms.

Our stay at this hotel started on a high note: we were given a luxurious room that exceeded all expectations, free of charge. The bathroom was spacious and impeccably clean, its size rivaling that of the room itself. The internet worked perfectly, and the terrace views offered breathtaking panoramas of Göreme. Unfortunately, during our stay, we encountered some peculiarities that can only be described as forms of discrimination. We were asked four times if we actually lived in this hotel and demanded to provide evidence. This caused discomfort and unpleasant feelings. One morning during breakfast, I had an unpleasant incident when I was denied an omelette. However, just 20 minutes later, they prepared omelettes for the next visitors. The staff explained that when we arrived, the restaurant was crowded, and they were too busy to cook. However, I saw that the woman responsible for cooking was taking a break. She wasn't doing anything at that moment! I felt compelled to report this incident to Asya, the administrator, and the next day, the kitchen staff didn't apologize, show any friendliness, or offer tea, but they still made an omelette for me. Ultimately, the hotel itself is wonderful, but the behavior of a few staff members (the man at the breakfast serving area, the night administrator who constantly wore glasses, the person with dreadlocks) raises doubts and discomfort. I would rate it 1 star, but I won't do so because of the reasonable attitude of the hotel administrators, Ibrahim and Asya, as well as the panoramic views, beautiful rooms, and the kindness of my wife, who convinced me to give it 4 stars instead of 3. We stayed in Cappadocia for 10 days and stayed at 5 different hotels, and yours, due to the unpleasant treatment from the staff, turned out to be the least pleasant.

We came to Cappadocia to go on a hot air balloon but unfortunately, it was too windy to go up the 4 days that we were there, BUT this hotel really made our time here. This hotel is by far the best one in Goreme, the views are breathtaking to a point where non guests were coming up here just to take pictures The staff were friendly and very helpful, and they tried there best everyday to get us onto a balloon Breakfast was delightful, a choice of hot and cold food prepared fresh every morning We stayed in one of the Fairy Chimney rooms, it was very beautiful and we had a lovely view out of our window Make sure you go to the Turkish Bath located on the hotel site, we felt pampered and relaxed afterwards

I loved my stay here. The staff of this family owned hotel are fantastic and will help with any requests. The room was gorgeous. Breakfast and staff were so kind ( gave me honey and ginger for a sore throat). The view of Goreme is spectacular, lots of comfy places to soak in the view- early morning as balloons float across sky or evening sunsets.

When we drove in to the hotel we immediately felt wow!, that feeling remained throughout our stay. We felt this was one of the most tastefully decorated small family run hotels we have ever visited. Ambience was super with individually designed rooms in to natural caves and fairy chimneys. Scenery with sunset and magical sunrise with hot air balloons was one of a kind. Breakfast was served at highest quality, perfectly cooked by small group of staff who were so friendly. Emir the son of the owner, looked after so well with his friendly and helpful manner. He arranged all the excursions with minimal hassle. We definitely will visit again.

We have been cappadocialover since 2008,this is our 3rd stay in panaromic cave.This is the best place to see fairies for us.And the people working for the hotel are very friendly as well.We plan to stay here next year again;but we will ask for discount:)See you next year✨
