Хабалка в очках, сидящая на ресепшене позволяет от своего лица заявлять клиентам какие они красивые и некрасивые, хамит, грубит, ведёт себя неадекватно. Я уже молчу про состояние номеров, неужели хозяева отеля реально не видят, как она себя ведёт? Или может она ещё лучший работник? Ну если так, то НЕ желаю никому посещать данное «заведение», хорошего тут не поймаете ничего.
