Quá thất vọng về dịch vụ. Mình có nhờ bạn bên Hàn gọi trước hỏi xem có thể huỷ 2 đêm sau không vì mình đặt 3 đêm nhưng thấy khách sạn hơi xa trung tâm nên chỉ muốn ở 1 đêm đầu tiên còn 2 đêm sau thì muốn huỷ. Thì nhân viên có đồng ý. Đến lúc mình đến check in có hỏi lại thì bạn nhân viên vẫn đồng ý cho huỷ 2 đêm còn lại và liên lạc với bên trip để nhận lại tiền. Nhưng đến lúc mình liên lạc với trip thì lại bảo là không được. Thế là mất không 2 đêm không được hoàn tiền và phải đi thuê khách sạn khác 😭

Good size room for the price. A bit of a long ride into the heart of the city by metro but it is on line 3 so that’s nice. It was clean. Pretty good.

Staff onsite were wonderfully helpful. Snack bar with ramen and toast available 24/7. Complimentary water, coffee, aloe drink was a very nice amenity.

I liked the bathroom with large bath tub, huge smart TV and the new cloth styler?.. there was even a computer in the room. There were free snack bar and washing machine and dryer on second floor which were so convenient for me.

고양 원당역에서 걸어서 20분, 킨텍스에서 차량으로 15분 거리라 적당한 위치에 있으며, 스넥바, 청결, 조용함 등등에서 매우 좋았음.
