Overall a good experience. Nice comfortable bed & amenities. Breakfast was yummy. Only negative was found lots of hair in shower & bathroom.

Reserved room online with ******* for my daughter.
Called office to inform them my daughter's name and that she would be checking in late under my name. The girl on duty cheerfully said no problem and she would handle it.

All of the staff were very inviting and kind!! The towels were a little ruff and water pressure wasn't very good but other than that everything else was great!!

We stayed here only because of a baseball tournament at Rocker B. The general cleanliness of the hotel and bathroom was not great, but the AC was cold, the water was hot, and the beds were comfy. The breakfast was better than expected.

The stay was perfectly fine and the cleanliness of the room was excellent, kudos to the cleaning crew!
As for management, very angry and non-friendly GM (according to her). They charged us a pet fee for a service dog, which is against their website posted notice regarding service dog charges. The fee was not an issue, yet the way it was handled and the hostility when addressed. When we asked about it we were reprimanded for even asking and telling us we were wrong. Would not show us a written or posted notice on property. Yet, the website specifically shows that service dogs are free. It was one of the reasons we stayed here, as it advertises itself as pet-friendly.
