So far a very disappointing experience. We booked the hotel and the dinner reservations months in advance. Right from the beginning, the hotel managed to miss the reservations, forcing us to accept different reservations hours than the ones originally requested. But we decided to accept it in order not to ruin our weekend. Yesterday we requested a set up by the lake for breakfast. It was confirmed in writing. This morning, we woke up excited about the breakfast just to realize that nothing was prepared and the management claimed they could no longer do the right set up as they did not plan for it. They arranged a last minute messy set up which I declined. I also canceled all the further meals in the hotel. The good news is that we are leaving tomorrow. Can't wait for our departure ....

Um hotel que realmente pode ser considerado um castelo de alto luxo , sem dúvida um dos melhores hotéis do brasil no quesito glamour , atendimento e etc ; o serviço é perfeito desde a reserva com o atendimento impecável da cris gerente das reservas e continua maravilhoso durante a a estadia com a Gabriella concierge que resolve simplesmente tudo, isso sem falar do mordomo Valmir que organiza o quarto com todos os mimos inimagináveis; outro ponto forte é a experiência do café da manhã com diversas opções e atendimento impecável do garçom Leonardo ; realmente um hotel que podem vir sem medo de errar e que vale o qto cobram , pois é top demais ; recomendo pra quem vem com mais de quatro pessoas que reservem a habitação chamada House , pois é uma casa vizinha ao castelo com toda privacidade e luxo e que tem três suítes bem confortáveis,e uma suite master com uma vista das mais lindas ;

Tudo neste hotel remete a requinte e sofisticação. O staff é impecável, os pratos são excelentes, a vista é invejável, os jardins são exuberantes, o serviço é atencioso, os horários são britânicos, a limpeza é excepcional. Melhor destino de Gramado com toda a certeza. O cenário mais instagramável do Rio Grande do Sul.

Há muitos anos lia sobre o Castelo de Saint Andrews na revista VEJA ou em sites de viagens, e sem dúvida o time de staffs do Castelo superou nossas expectativas. Algodão de fio egípcio, pantufa e chinelo cortesia, um mimo todas as noites, recepção calorosa a cada chegada, disposição em ajudar a cada necessidade, arrumação dos quartos mais de uma vez por dia, café da manhã servido em 3 etapas para nossa melhor apreciação. Surreal de bom! Cada profissional com seu jeito especial de servir, fizeram desse final de semana um momento inesquecível para nós. Principalmente porque escolhemos o hotel para a celebração de aniversário de 34 anos do meu marido. Se você se hospedar nesse hotel, não deixe de provar o fondue oferecido pelo restaurante do hotel, na minha opinião o melhor que há pois possui um sistema diferenciado de cozimento das carnes e frutos do mar através de caldos especiais que não requer pedra ou óleo, sabor fino e você não sairá defumado ou pesado. Excelente, excelente.

Visitamos o local para saber sobre estadia, restaurante, etc. Fomos bem recebidos e nos ofereceram uma água e uma xícara café expresso. Após mostrarem as áreas públicas do hotel, numa vista de 4 minutos, nos cobraram R$ 240,00. Um ROUBO, já que em lugar algum tinha algum aviso sobre preços ou taxas para visita.
