Great place. Christmas decorations were awesome. Made it feel homey.

Not recommended, outdated facilities, no breakfast, low cost performance

Breakfast buffet, the hot food was always cold. We arrived soon after the buffet opened and all the food to be served hot was cold. I put my French toast on the toaster to have it hot

Great hotel, very confortable and quiet, very clean. Very close to Grand Canyon National Park. Great atmosphere.

We had an excellent stay. The room was wonderful and the bathroom was big and lots of goodies like makeup wipes and a little sewing kit. The beds and pillows are firm so if that's not your thing you may want to bring a pillow you like to use.

Best hotel near the south rim of the grand canyon! Check in/out process was a breeze. They’ll email you with the steps how to get your key card thru mobile app. No need to line up in the lobby and you can just go straight to your rooms. Will definitely recommend to friends and family!

The room cleaning staff use the elevators for movement of supplies etc and make the elevators busy. In general the hotel was top notch.

Close to Grand Canyon, good choices in food. Our ice bin which we planned to use had trash in it still fromprior guest. The staff came in to clean despite us requesting privacy.

This is probably one of the best options outside the Grand Canyon National Park - but that's not saying a lot. The rooms and bathrooms have a well-worn feel and in need of a refurb. Don't eat in the restaurant where the food is pretty terrible. The local fast food outlets are a better option. On our second night we tried to just get a drink in the bar but were told it was too busy - although we could go in and buy our drinks and bring them out to the lobby area. But we discovered that whilst seats at the bar were full there was no shortage of tables - apparently 'reserved for diners', except no one was dining.

Good stay. Noisy neighbors were annoying. Liked the restaurant a lot. Hottub was nice after hiking.

If you’re visiting the Grand Canyon great place to stay. Hot tub, pool, and room very clean. Love the lobby and dining room.

Very nice but wish it had more sound proofing. Some group sat in the hallway all night making noise. Also i wish the bar/restaurant was open later than 9pm. Food was ok beer was warm. But lovely atmosphere.

Staff was fantastic. Great property with convenience and very clean. Cozy feeling when you enter - and the feeling you are near the Grand Canyon. Rooms were clean and neat - well stocked. Great place to stay! Look forward to returning.
