Having just returned today from a 3 night stay at the Hotel Rudnik sadly I have very little positives to write , we paid £358 for our 3 nights which included breakfast and dinner , my partner is from grudziądz so we spend quite a bit of time in this beautiful city , she wanted to stay this time at the hotel as she has many happy memories by the lake as a child . I will start with the food , I can say it’s easily the worst food I have experienced in Poland , I think this is down to the fact that the hotel already has your money so they don’t mind serving very poor quality food , apparently there is a menu and if you want to pay ( even though you must take the food as part of the package ) then the food is good? , we sadly didn’t experience that and only ate on our first night then went elsewhere every other time . Then the room , the bed has a mattress that is far to small and shallow for the wooden frame , this makes for a very uncomfortable nights sleep , the pillows are old and fit only for the bin , we had towels in the bathroom covered in yellow stains and in our full 3 days we had no room clearing done , we had to request clean towels each day . The location of the hotel is picturesque which makes it all the sadder that the owners put profit before quality . The staff were polite and helpful when we requested any assistance.

We pop in for two night and a party of a friend all good great party, rooms ok. We spent two days there nice lake beautiful scenery. We recommend not just for parties but to stay for a couple of days. We enjoyed all around. A little comment, the lady at reception??? Ummmmm ok!!

It was so lovely visiting my hometown again and bringing my 2 year old to the country for the first time! I’d like to say a big thank you to all of the staff who made the experience amazing. The kitchen staff, cleaners, and reception were all very welcoming and friendly. Reception: two of the ladies we came across (I’m so sorry I didn’t get the names!) we’re super friendly, and even interacted with my little one. The man behind the desk (mainly worked evenings) helped us out with getting water at night time. The cleaners were so quick to get us the extras we needed. The man who worked in the restaurant was always smiling when we came down for breakfast/dinner, and even ran after us to our room with our room card when we accuse left it on our table, whoops! Thank you :) The room itself was a 5/5!! I’m annoyed as I forgot to take pictures, but please take my word- it was amazing. The bathroom and the room were very spacious and most importantly CLEAN! The beds were very comfortable, I’m definitely going to miss those. And the cot that was set up for the little one had a pillow and a blanket and was the perfect size. A few things to mention: the TV didn’t work but in our case it didn’t matter as we didn’t use it. The towel radiator also didn’t work but wasn’t much of an issue. It’s a shame there wasn’t a fridge in the room but thankfully our little one is slowly starting to stop drinking milk so that didn’t bother us too much. However other than that it was perfect :) lovely shower, air con worked perfectly, plenty of storage space, hair dryer available from reception, and plenty of plug sockets too including some by the bed which made it easy to charge our phones. The food was different everyday which was another positive. It was nice for my partner to try different Polish meals, but there was always something for everyone. Restaurant was in a perfect location to watch the sunset whilst eating too! :) The sauna, the swimming pool, the kids play room, and the pool tables are all free which I was impressed by. You’re definitely getting a good deal for your money as I know many hotels which charge extra for these things! Those are open till 9pm too which is great! I don’t even think I need to talk about the location of this place - it is beautiful. The sunsets are incredible. The beach is right outside, with a playground, sun beds, a beach bar, and water bikes for hire! The area is kept tidy, it’s cleaned every morning and throughout the day. Also it’s very nicely lit up and night with fairy lights. There are buses that will take you into town, however a taxi is around 30zl (around £5/£6). This hotel is also used for weddings, and I can definitely understand why. It’s a beautiful location and it has plenty to offer. Definitely our new favourite place to stay for when we visit. Again, thank you to all of the staff for helping make our stay enjoyable. We had an amazing time and are looking forward to coming again! :)

Very pleasant lake-side hotel. Excellent food and lodging. Friendly staff, 24h reception. Airconditioned rooms with coffee/tea, free wifi, clean bathroom with shower. Bar in hotel and lake-side. Sauna (and indoor pool I heard, didn’t try it).

Zacznę od tego, że w pokoju było strasznie głośno. Nad pokojem dźwięki walenia w podłogę sprawiły, że do później godziny nocnej nie można było odpocząć. Pokój trzyosobowy był z dostawką a cena za osobę nie była obniżona (komfort spania znacznie gorszy). Z łazienki wydobywał się nieprzyjemny zapach. Obiadokolacja dla gości hotelu dużo słabsza niż kolacja przygotowana tego dnia dla gości spoza- ta sama forma bufetu, jednak znacznie gorsza. Rozumiem, że była dodatkowo płatna, jednak cena pobytu również była znaczna więc kontrast dań rzucał się w oczy.
