第一，前台服務員態度極差，問幾次才有反應。
其次，8315房間隔音極差，晚上一直有鼓風機聲音，外面的腳步聲以及説話聲聽的一清二楚。
最好，房間面積很小，家庭出行很壓抑，並且房間內防盜鏈是壞的。

上午7點開始就很吵，九點左右隔壁房間退房後阿姨打掃衞生噪音巨大，吵得實在不行！隔音不好你動作不能輕點嗎？打電話投訴了阿姨依舊我行我素，打掃衞生不會輕拿輕放嗎，各種砸東西的聲音！再也不會來了！
