Good hotel for rest near to train station Guangzhou north station can walk to the hotel not too far staff is wonderful

Super 8 is a common hotel chain in the United States so I assumed the condition of the stay would be something similar. Unfortunately, it wasn't. It is grossly overpriced and the location is terrible. The staff are also not knowledgable about checking in foreign passports. They asked for my passport several times and apparently taking scanned copies and pictures on their cell phones wasn't enough, they also wanted me to dig through my passport stamps to find the last date of entry. If you must stay in this area of town, take your chances at any other hotel.

The hygiene is extremely poor. The previous guest's long hair was all over the bed and floor, and there were also large live cockroaches. The shower head was very hot and cold. Parking is convenient and the front desk service attitude is very good.

To be honest, the experience was not good. I booked it based on the good reviews, but it turned out to be a scam. I lived on the third floor, the room had a strong smell of sewage, the exhaust fan was too noisy, and it made me want to vomit without it🤮🤮🤮. It was said to be near the subway entrance, but it was 1.5 kilometers away😓😓I will definitely not consider it next time
