Mengxiangjia Apartment (Guangzhou Haizhu District Hesheng Plaza Shop)

The room was clean and tidy, the owner was very kind and reserved a room for us with a view of the Canton Tower. The service was excellent and the staff were friendly. For this price, it's absolutely unbeatable.

Overall, the stay was good. The building is still under renovation, but it seems it will soon be fully completed, with several improvements. The apartment has some slightly worn items, but it's spacious, has a large bed, and also a washing machine, which is very convenient for those planning to stay for several days. The location is a plus: for those going to the Canton Fair, access is easy, as it's on the same metro line, just a few stops away. In addition, there's a shopping mall next door, which makes daily life much easier. I would also like to highlight the service of the young man who received us at the apartment, who was extremely attentive and helpful. Thank you very much for the welcome.

The apartments are a bit tired...but the price-quality ratio is up to par...I recommend it for accommodation.

The furniture and facilities are outdated, disposable slippers aren't standard, and there are cockroaches. The soundproofing is okay, the service is OK, but the cleanliness needs improvement. There were hairs on the bedding. The surrounding shopping mall is quite busy, but the parking fee is a bit high.

The room is average, but very quiet and I slept well.

Good value for money, close to shopping malls

The room is quite big. It is not an ordinary double bed room. It is very comfortable and clean. I will stay here again next time I come to Guangzhou.
