I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton, and from the moment I arrived, I felt incredibly well looked after. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even more special. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with beautiful views and everything we needed for a relaxing stay.
One thing I really appreciated was that the hotel offers both smoking and non-smoking floors, which is great for accommodating everyone’s preferences. The facilities are excellent, including a lovely swimming pool, a relaxing spa, and two different restaurants, giving you plenty of dining options without even leaving the hotel.
What truly made this hotel stand out, though, was the staff. Every single member of the team was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and professional. They were always happy to help, opened the doors for guests, and even assisted us with carrying our bags without us having to ask. Those small gestures made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay.
The lobby is absolutely stunning and gives a luxurious first impression, and the entire hotel is beautifully maintained. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and elegant.
If I had one small suggestion, it would be to add LED lighting around the bathroom mirror or make the mirror area a little brighter.
I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this Hilton to anyone visiting Guangzhou. The outstanding service, beautiful facilities, and attention to detail made it a truly memorable experience.
