地點超近白水寨，樓下就是一些摘水果的農場，過年非常有氣氛。衞生搞得很好，美女老闆娘很細心，每個房間和大廳位置都有一包面紙，毛巾被鋪乾淨，量很足夠，以這麽大的別墅來說，可見老闆用心經營和管理有方。內有痳雀機和卡啦ok,家人歡喜極了，我來之前看到一些評語說的問題通通都沒有，這裡絕對超值，強烈推薦。老闆是有信用的人，大家可放心訂房

老闆人不錯，訂房過程中出現了一些小問題，老闆也幫忙解決了。民宿是三層小樓，住陽台房應該不錯。白水寨大門旁邊，相比較白水寨，我更喜歡附近湖邊風景。早上在湖邊散步，可遠觀羣山和瀑布，近看湖水和小魚，空氣也很清新，體驗還是不錯的。

老闆娘非常熱心，房間衞生乾淨，還可以洗衣服甩幹，老闆娘介紹的飯店菜量是真的大😽😽，別墅離景區50米很近，早上老闆娘貼心的給我們準備了早餐，極力推薦，來白水寨玩兒的可以住在老闆娘家

差死了，不衞生，而且描述的跟現實完全不一樣，寫説在景區裏面，其實就是民宿，不符合，欺詐客户，地址也是不對的。進去住也沒核對身份，沒有營業執照，服務員也沒看到，打個電話讓我們自己去選房間就直接入住了，廁所什麼都沒有洗髮露也沒，一次性牙刷全沒有，衹有跟用過的打開過的牙刷，浴巾床單全都沒換！！床單還有毛髮跟臟東西，到退房時間也沒人來找我們直接走人

外觀是別墅，房間還可以，可以稍微調整一下可能更受歡迎。來接待的小姐姐很熱情，還很貼心，到路口帶我們到入住那棟樓，專門給我們找了個陽台的房間用心良苦謝謝啦！但因本人特別介意長途跋涉後洗手間的舒服度結果令人有小小失望，雖然大汗淋漓，卻不想踏進洗手間一步去沖涼，硬是撐到明天另外的酒店去沖涼了😜。有條件可改善一下洗手間的裝飾比如洗手盆上的水龍頭，把鏡框調整，手不伸進去根本打不開水龍頭。空調排水管需要加長，那樣不會滴水在衞生間濕滑（我們一車人三個上50歲，一個小朋友，看到就會擔心怕摔倒）微調整一下可能回頭客會更多。

在白水寨景區邊上，房間很小，洗澡水也不熱，不敢洗澡怕感冒了，wifi是在一樓公共大堂內，房間沒有，所以在房間上不了網，實際就是個農家樂，條件一般，房間在二樓，我們年紀大請老闆娘幫忙拿下行李箱，回覆説她拿不動，因為是在網上預訂的，不能退單，衹能勉強住了一晚，周邊沒有餐館，偶爾看到一家，因為遊客少不開張，晚上衹能吃泡麪對付，實在不推薦。
