The whole building is basically a homestay, and the staff is slightly noisy. The geographical position is superior, a few minutes' walk from Zhujiang New Town Metro Station, and it is located in the city center. It is convenient for life and shopping downstairs.
The room is on the fifth floor. There are a lot of mosquitoes, so you can't take a close look at the sanitary condition. The walls are dirty, the bedding is damp and old, and the sheets have holes. . .
It is only suitable for staying in a hurry for one night and don't want to stay too long.

我定的那間房沒有退房，房東給我換了一間，本來不算滿意，但後來調了一下，比開始的那個強了許多，本來説好在這裏先住一晚上，第二天換回我預訂的那個房間，但第二天懶得搬，就一直住下了。總體感覺還算可以，就是樓梯有些晃，空調聲音有點大！房東還幫忙找地方給存了行李，方便很多！

評價晚了，第二次入住了，周邊挺方便，衹是房間特別是衞生間設施有點舊了，還有老闆總是不到中午12點就直接進來了。12點一般客人都會走的，麻煩以後不要提前進來，這個希望改進。總體來説不錯，
