沒門禁卡出入，每次回公寓門衞都不準進入。4部電梯衹有右邊能用，但如果左邊電梯在一樓，你便不能按右邊電梯。即不能上房。要等右邊電梯有其他人操作到地下才可以成電梯上房。出入超級不方便。浴巾破損，電視機不能看。掛牆鐘不能動衹當裝飾品。如果有其他選擇絕對不會選他這家公寓。

沒住過衞生這麼差的民宿，感覺是有人住過很久沒打掃的樣子，衞生間湊合上一下廁所，沒敢洗澡，也就幸虧床品看起來是換洗過的。我們是晚上到的，第二天一早趕緊離開換酒店。直接住出心理陰影，後面的行程不敢再定民宿了。以下圖是酒店的開關、電磁爐灶，淋浴房玻璃、鏡子、擦過桌子的紙和屋裡起泡的牆。廁所可怕的沒敢拍照片。

酒店位置在興盛路核心地段，吃東西還是比較方便的，房間還算比較温馨，酒店公寓類型的

空調懷疑是十年前裝的，外表泛黃，很老，聲音很大，我凌晨一點鐘**跑腿買隔音耳塞，裏面的設備都比較舊。
另外，居然沒有熱水，我回去的比較晚，下午回去沒有注意是不是有熱水，晚上一點半洗澡才發現，這時候和我説找人過來看看，四百多塊錢的房間，住這麼個地方，熱水都沒有。衹有唯一一點，去廣州塔兩個站，但是很多地方離廣州塔也兩個站，絕對比這個好。
服務很差，從頭到尾沒見過人，從我截圖這些話發完之後，5天的時間，一個字沒有回過我。
我很少給差評，所以沒有習慣各個地方拍照上來，但是這個地方大家別住。本人雖然之前很少用攜程，但是我**黑金會員，付款寶鉑金會員，螞蟻信用800分，第一次住到這麼差的。

其實就是民宿 住宅改裝成酒店設施，需要與管理員微信溝通才能有密碼進房間比較麻煩，不過不需要辦入住手續是方便。凌晨4:00多入住都有人回覆不錯。設施就跟如家差不多，要求不高可以嘗試。
