Impressive large bathroom with bathtub and double basins in the suite room No. 2002. It has a smart screen on the mirror that was supposed to be able to show movies for guests to enjoy while taking a bath. Unfortunately that device was not connected to the internet depsite the successful connection to the hotel wifi network, so it is useless and wasted my time trying to disconnect and reconnecting to the network, so I suggest the hotel to look into this issue. Other features include the seperate lounge room that has no window so it relies on the sunlight from the bedroom for natural light. The balconies in the bedroom are locked and inaccessible. Overall the furniture and decoration in the room are of high quality and up market. The hotel uses a robot for delivery of meals (including items ordered from the outside). The indoor and outdoor pools are huge and I did enter them and swim for a few munites until I was stopped by the lifeguard rudely questioning where my swim cap was. I told him that I didn't have one and nobody or sign asked me to have one. He was concerned that my short hair could pollute the water of the pool. He said everyone was supposed to wear a swim cap. I would have followed the rule if I was told in advance. The way the lifeguard shouted at me made me feel disrespected. So I wish the hotel could put up some signs to clearly communicate the rules before guests enter the pool.

Hotel is very convenient to MTR, bus to airport, restaurants all around the area and malls for shopping. I would like to specially mention their staff’s honesty. I left my phone in the drawer of my room. When I called the owner of the guest house, they immediately told me that they found my phone in the room drawer and ask for my identification to verify if I was the one who occupied the room after verification I told them they my relative in HK will get the phone on my behalf. Location is convenient if you are planning to visit Chimelong Park facilities, you can be there within 15 minutes with a didi. The hotel was nice, and overall clean. The stuffed animals for the kids is a nice gesture - but both were broken, they were replaced; and they couldn't keep them - we prepared our kids that this might happen, but maybe it would be better to put smaller stuffed animals in the room for the kids to take home with them (merchandise, something to remember). The breakfast was very good!
