Guangzhou Marriott Hotel Nansha

The hotel is newly renovated and has new facilities. The front desk lady was very enthusiastic to upgrade the room, but she gave up for the bathtub that the baby liked. I checked in one day in advance during the Qingming Festival. There was almost no one on the day, but it was crowded in the next two days. Fortunately, I applied for additional executive benefits to avoid the long queue for breakfast. Linyuan Chinese Restaurant has an elegant environment, exquisite dishes, fresh ingredients, delicious soups, and thoughtful service. The only problem is that the children's center can only be opened on weekends and holidays, which reduces the baby's happiness. The hair dryer in the room can be upgraded. In short, this trip is good👍👍

The surrounding area of the hotel is very quiet, and there are some Chinese food provided by some farmhouses nearby. The parking lot is also more convenient. The one in the twin room is difficult to move together. The high-rise facing south can see the Fuzhou Bridge, which has a good view.

When I came to the hotel to celebrate my birthday with great joy, I was a little confused when I checked in. I was asked to pay a deposit. I said that when I placed the order, it was clearly stated that it was deposit-free. Why did it say that I needed to pay a deposit after I arrived? Well, I was surprised. After returning to the hotel, I looked at my order again, and it didn't say that a deposit was required. Then I clicked on the instructions in the check-in instructions for the child again, and there was a small line at the top. It said that you need to pay a deposit of 1,000 yuan to check in, and the deposit description can only be seen after you pay the money and place the order. When I looked at the house before placing the order, there was no indication that a deposit was required, but I still paid it, and then That is, when I placed the order, I clearly asked the customer service and they asked me if there would be any arrangements or gifts for my birthday. They said there would be a fruit platter or something. Just let me make a note and let the hotel prepare it in advance. I also made a note when I placed the order. But on my birthday yesterday, let alone the fruit platter, there wasn’t even a trace of it. My experience this time was really not good! Even a little disappointed

Near Guangzhou University Town (Close To Guangzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center)
I booked a three-day stay in June to accompany my child for exams. I asked for a quiet room and was worried about the air conditioning. I visited the room in person and communicated with the hotel front desk. As a result, we were very satisfied with the hotel's careful and thoughtful arrangements and the high-quality service of the hotel staff! The guest rooms are clean and hygienic, and the air conditioning is good. When there is an urgent need during the period, the customer service response on the phone is very fast! If the hotel's food can be rich and affordable, the hotel's social reputation will be greatly improved!
Lotus Hill Yuehai Hotel

Panyu District/Asian Games City
On the 16th day of the 8th ***** month, choosing to chase the moon at the Yuehai Resort on the top of Lianhua Mountain is a very good choice. Staying at the resort again, the overall service is as good as ever. From the moment of entering the hotel, whether it is room service or restaurant service, every employee works meticulously, answers the guests' questions gently and patiently, and makes people feel at home. The food in the restaurant is very unique and the price is moderate, it is worth trying again.
