老闆服務熱情周到。 被褥雖然看着乾淨但有前住客的味道。 靠馬路側晚上摩託車大車的聲音吵。 馬桶不太通暢。淋浴地漏有前住客的頭髮。 衞生間能聞到前住客什麼過的酒味。 衞生間的電源插座位置太高，且需要開風扇才有電。 隔音差。

酒店在黃果樹鎮上。 到了老闆來接的。 因為疫情人還是不算多。 酒店老闆給介紹了很多很多關於黃果樹景區。 第二天出發天氣不錯雖然有點熱但是在大瀑布裏面很舒服。 推薦酒店的辣子雞酸湯魚。 真的不錯。推薦

酒店設施完善。門口停車很方便，寬敞。在景區附近性價比高。因為老闆實在太客氣了。 沒有那種陌生的感覺就覺得很熱情温暖。老闆送我們到景區售票廳然後還叮囑我們一些避坑小事情。 第一天到就覺得很舒服。 旅行的舒服。 第一天到吃了酸湯魚第二天取行李老闆正好搞了好多剛摘的菜回來。野菜雞蛋餅 還有辣子雞還有好幾樣叫不出名字哈哈哈哈。 很不錯推薦

服務態度好，我們節假日過來的，先看的房間才定的房，設施也挺齊全的，自駕遊不想動車了讓老闆送我們過去，老闆就送了，回來的時候打電話老闆來遊客服務中心接我們，一樓還有餐廳，吃了本地特色酸湯魚，味道還不錯，老闆人也好，沒做攻略，老闆耐心的告訴我們應該怎麼玩，有朋友一定推薦過來

老闆娘特別熱情，房間很大很寬敞，國慶期間都才一百多，簡直是良心價了，離大瀑布開車也就幾分鐘，據説老闆還可以接送，必須好評，房間比較亂是我們已經入住了😂😂😂

實話實説，優點有，建議更多。優點1，接送站服務好，態度也好。優點二2.解答顧客疑問詳細有耐心。不足及建議:1.早餐太簡單，白粥，饅頭吃不慣。還不如不包早餐，降低房價。2.房間有點潮，3.洗澡熱水太小，要很久才熱。4.開水水壺有點臟。想換，説沒有了。
送站服務:送到白水遊客服務中心（自己再搭擺渡車到景區），不是送到景區門口的。
接站服務:從白水遊客服務中心接回。

6：30進景區的時間點並不堵車，老闆推説堵車衹送到遊客服務中心，（正經的遊客中心是途經2，老闆衹送到途經1，）和老闆約好早上6點送景區，老闆拖拖拉拉耽誤了我們時間，送了一點兒路程就把我們扔在半路了，半路打不到車很坑。要早起6：30進園區的不要選她家。
途經1七點景區有擺渡車送到景區門口，那時候再入景區就要排隊了。
衞生：床鋪是新換的，桌子有油漬不乾淨。
淋浴：水忽冷忽熱，體質不好的不要洗澡了。
