We just stayed at the Park Hotel Ai Cappuccini for 3 nights and it was excellent. The location was perfect for us as we enjoy walking and it was just a 10-15 minute walk to “Centro Storico di Gubbio.” We also had a car and it was a great base for seeing the surrounding area. They have great parking on site. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. The building was beautiful. The facilities from the pool, workout room and sauna were great (to name just a few). They had a fabulous breakfast, very delicious. To top it off, you could see attention to every detail and entire staff was wonderful! Thank you so much to everyone at the Park Hotel Ai Cappucini! We’d love to return and I highly recommend!

Hotel e servizio da incubo. Probabilmente la peggior esperienza in tanti anni di viaggio. Se decideste di pernottare in questo albergo la prima cosa che dovete sapere è che non dormirete, in quanto ubicato davanti il campanile di Gubbio e non avendo le adeguate finestre e isolamenti acustici, sarete svegliati ogni 15 minuti, inoltre se per caso prenotaste con booking e alla richiesta della Direttrice Veronica non accettaste la cancellazione in cambio di una colazione, sarete esclusi da ogni sorta di gentilezza perché in quel caso siete già diventati un problema, insomma, mendicare il 20% di booking non è nulla in confronto a sentirsi dire che se non si riesce a dormire a causa delle campane il problema è il cliente che ha prenotato, Follia, questa è la gestione sotto le direttiva di Veronica, quindi penso proprio che abbia sbagliato mestiere. Non scrivo nulla per la povera vittima impiegata in quest hotel, sola a dover fare tutto con l'hotel pieno, Follia o forse pure illegale, mmmm...meglio finirla qui..

We stayed in this facility for a few days and at the time of departure it was hard to leave this wonderful place to say little!!! We were cocktailed from the beginning to the end, all the staff very gentle and professional with care of everything!!! Arrival in the Umbrian countryside, magnificent building, very beautiful terrace, superb lighting in the evening and view of Gubbio in the distance. Beautiful swimming pool. Spacious air-conditioned and very pleasant rooms BUT, seems like a ghost hotel, 1 waitress doing the reception, the bar and the service. Disastrous restaurant, never in Italy have I eaten so badly! Parma ham cut very thick like mountain ham, 1 tomato cut into 3 pieces with mozzarella as caprese, eggs with mediocre zucchini, pasta with disgusting white ragù, ravioli as a second course drowned in a liquid, disgusting sauce. The waitress serves alone and does the reception, the dishes do not arrive together but the poor thing cannot do otherwise. The staff is nice but overwhelmed. Obnoxious housekeeper. Uninteresting breakfast. RESTAURANT 1 hotel 4 We left 4/5 for the hotel, its location and the quality of the rooms. But absolutely avoid the restaurant
