This is an apartment hotel. The room has a kitchen, sofa, dining table and a large balcony. The hygiene is actually very good. The room is large and the bathroom is spotless. Breakfast is divided into ordinary, silver and gold packages. Ctrip brought the silver package. Breakfast is in a bar opposite the building. Parking is very convenient and free, just on the negative floor. There is a super large Carrefour supermarket less than two kilometers away, which is open 24 hours. The front desk is very enthusiastic and personally took me to the underground parking lot for confirmation. The hotel has only two floors, and there is a super large golf course behind it, but you can't enter it casually, even if you are a guest staying in the hotel. The price of about 130 Europeans is very cost-effective. It is very suitable for rest and short stay around Rome, very quiet and refreshing. But it is not suitable for touring Rome. Because the location is indeed a bit remote.

Facilities: I stayed here temporarily because I wanted to play at the nearby golf course. Not cheap and very old Overall, I wouldn't have stayed at this hotel if it wasn't for playing golf nearby. At this price, you can get a good stay in the center of Rome. Service: average The breakfast in the cafe next to it is perfunctory and expensive Facilities: There is nothing in the room. It’s not like a hotel, it’s like an old house. There are some dishes and chopsticks that I don’t use.

We visited as part of our Rci membership. This resort is out of Rome but has lots of interesting historical places to visit if you have a car. We drove 25 minutes and picked up the metro to visit the city. The staff everywhere were so lovely and helpful, their aim to give you the best experience. We were a bit unsure about the half board but the menu and quality of food, fresh ingredients, excellent presentation was amazing. The appartment, decorated in an Italian style was warm and clean. Yes, the bathroom a little tired but there was a bath and loads of hot water and regular clean towels. The underground private parking a bonus. We had a wonderful week. Thankyou.

We stayed 1 week at this quaint, quiet charming place. From the start Camilla, the front desk reception was very welcoming and helpful. She accommodated our daily needs and gave us all the tips to get around Rome. We used the shuttle/taxi service with our driver Luigi, who was also very polite and friendly. We did the half board, and WOW the food and service was stellar! Elena and Andrea were great service attendants! They always greeted us with a smile and made us feel as family. We started to look forward to the daily menu and skipped eating in the city! Max the chef had cooked us delicious food! Every dinner was a delightful experience with wonderful Andrea and Elena taking care of us, but the star of the show was Max's cooking stunning dinners! 5 stars for giving us an amazing experience and helping us feel like family! Thank you staff for giving us an experience we will never forget!

The restaurant accodated our weird and crazy requests. Andrea, our server, was the absolute best. He made every meal even more enjoyable

A TRUE Italian Experience! The staff are all amazing and so accommodating! The Rockstar of the resort is their Chef Max! He made us dinner nightly and each night it The BEST QUALITY AND PRESENTATION! It gave us a very different experience as we would not have ordered many of the items off a menu in a restaurant but when presented with them, we enjoyed it all!!!! If you have the chance... STAY AND EAT HERE!!!!!

The resort is a little drive (30 minutes) from the main city but we rented a car and simply drove to a parking garage and walked to the main part of the city. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. The food was good. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The golf course was our main reason for choosing this location and it was gorgeous!

The staff and half-board was excellent. You have to pay extra for the half-board, but it was a fair value. The dinners were especially delicious and nicely plated. There is some deferred maintenance issues in the bathrooms, and some mold in the showers, but it is very quaint and charming. We rented a car to see some nearby towns and found it helpful.

Cleanliness of the room, restaurant and surroundings. Shuttle and taxis are on time. Staff are awesome! Huge kudos to Luigi!! Everyone was thoughtful and attentive to our needs! I'll recommend this gem. Restaurant serves delicious meals. Hope to return!

We really enjoyed our stay at Carpe Diem Golf Club. The staff was wonderful and we loved the food. We rented a car and drove to the third station on the metro line B. We took the metro into Rome without incident. I highly recommend this property.

If you want to go and have peace and quiet and just play golf might be worth it. If you want to have some entertainment - not recommended. No gym or indoor/outdoor pool available, TV has only Italian language channels, you're not allowed to install Netflix or anything else. The caffe machine has no capsules and nor can you find any to buy. It's clean, comfortable - but average.

We didn't expect a lot as we've traveled to Europe before so we knew how run down most of RCI's European resorts were. This, however, was the worst so far. Good enough to sleep in, but not much else. Staff was not forward about breakfast policies so it led to judgment by breakfast employees who expected us to know policy and procedure. Check-in was slow but they got us in early, I'll give them that. The manager basically yelled at me when I didn't want to do the elevator and told me I had to to get to a 2nd floor room. I didn't; I used the stairs. Food at the restaurant the first night was good. The second time not so much - waitress walked away mid-order a few times, we were told they were out of all sorts of wine though we could see bottle after bottle, our mains took 1.5 hours to get to the table when we were the only ones there and were inedible when we tried them, only two songs were played on a loop, and our order was painfully wrong, drink-wise. In addition, the sleeps 6 shown on the website showed 2 of the rooms with twin double beds. We got there and all 3 bedrooms had full beds, which meant we had to rearrange our younger children's sleeping areas (fun). The upstairs tub is dangerous, too as no one should be climbing in anything that high. WAY outside of Rome (30 minutes), so get a car. No amenities in working order. Only 1 laundry machine and dryer for the whole of the resort. Beautiful grounds, but very unkempt. I feel like an investment in maintenance of the property could definitely make it a 4 star resort.

This place is not as advertised. I do not recommend. 1. Location: Very far away from Rome city center. There is NOTHING in the area except a gas station and a public pool. 2. It’s dirty and run down: There were so many ants on the patio, we could not sit out on the patio. When we checked in , there were hairs in the bathtub and on the “clean” sheets. Rooms are dark, dreary and very outdated. The chair in the living room was ripped. The plastic patio furniture was very dirty and not cleaned. 3. Food was horrible. We had to pay half board (50 Euro per day) for breakfast and dinner. Breakfast was the exact same breakfast every day. One hot drink, same bread and cold cuts, and danishes. If you got to breakfast towards the end, you were left with what was left. You need to get to breakfast early to get the full selection. Dinner was a pre- fix menu. The real menu was extra. No wine included. Food was very very salty and the veggies appeared to be frozen boiled vegetables. 4. No amenities: The pool has been under renovations for 2 years now. The hotel bar is closed all the time. There is absolutely nothing to do at this resort. 5. Extra fees: You have to pay 30 Euro upon arrival for cleaning. You can pay 40 euro to get a cheaper daily shuttle to Rome. The shuttle fees are between 5-10 Euro each way. The shuttle leaves the resort at 9am and pick up is at 7 pm. If you don’t take the shuttle then you have to pay for a cab. Waste of money and Very far from Rome city center. Do not recommend.
