This is an apar**ent hotel. The room has a kitchen, sofa, dining table and a large balcony. The hygiene is actually very good. The room is large and the bathroom is spotless. Breakfast is divided into ordinary, silver and gold packages. Ctrip brought the silver package. Breakfast is in a bar opposite the building. Parking is very convenient and free, just on the negative floor. There is a super large Carrefour supermarket less than two kilometers away, which is open 24 hours. The front desk is very enthusiastic and personally took me to the underground parking lot for confirmation. The hotel has only two floors, and there is a super large golf course behind it, but you can't enter it casually, even if you are a guest staying in the hotel. The price of about 130 Europeans is very cost-effective. It is very suitable for rest and short stay around Rome, very quiet and refreshing. But it is not suitable for touring Rome. Because the location is indeed a bit remote.

Facilities: I stayed here temporarily because I wanted to play at the nearby golf course. Not cheap and very old Overall, I wouldn't have stayed at this hotel if it wasn't for playing golf nearby. At this price, you can get a good stay in the center of Rome. Service: average The breakfast in the cafe next to it is perfunctory and expensive Facilities: There is nothing in the room. It’s not like a hotel, it’s like an old house. There are some dishes and chopsticks that I don’t use.

This is a great place to stay since it is out in the hilly countryside outside of the crowded city of Roma. My brother and I rented a car and thus the location was perfect: only a 10-minute drive to the A1 strada. Best to use a GPS when you rent a car though; roundabouts are tricky and you have to be agressive. The room was comfortable, though we did not have a view of the golf course since it was on the bottom floor. The only windows were the glass doors at the entrance and in the bedroom. Linens were changed daily; same with towels. The meals were always a treat; the chef puts together a fine 3-course meal and the presentation is amazing. Elena and Sabina were wonderful hosts and servers; I miss them both. I know that some people complain about the half-board, but what you get in terms of meals would be cheaper than most restaurants that offer the same culinary fare. I would stay here again.

My husband and I booked this through our timeshare. We were immediately disappointed upon finding out there were no on-site amenities (pool, sauna, spa, gym) as was advertised. We stayed in a one bedroom on the ground floor which was very outdated with walls that were marked up and a bathroom that needed repairs. The door in the bathroom would not open all the way and the door frame was rotten on the bottom from water. We experienced an issue with a few ants in the tub during the beginning of our stay and chalked it up to the rainy weather. The next day we realized our room had an ant problem and was not properly cleaned in between guests. There was a sock and tissue left behind the tv in the bedroom from a prior guest. There were piles of dirt and ants in the crevices of the corners throughout the bedroom and kitchen. I brought it to the attention of the front desk and was told that I should have informed them sooner. I was disappointed with that response. My husband and I traveled to Florence and decided to stay overnight to give them the opportunity to properly clean our room. Upon return, our room was no cleaner than when had left it. I went to the front desk and was told all they did was spray for ants. The ants were already dead, and yet again I was very disappointed with this response. My husband and I returned to our room and began sweeping the room ourselves when we were then provided keys to another room. This was on our last night. Upon switching rooms we realized our prior room had the worst, basically no, WiFi service and the “new” room had great WiFi service. This disappointed me further as the resort did not seem busy and they could have provided us with a better room sooner. This type of resort was not for us. You were required to make reservations for breakfast. They did provide us complimentary dinner for our issues, but the food was so salty and the worst meal we had on our trip. The view of the golf course was nothing special as the Ryder cup was previously held tgere and there was a huge seating stand that was just rusting and falling apart that detracted from the beauty. It is required to rent a car if you stay here to travel anywhere including into Rome. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Fortunately, our timeshare understood our issues.

Reserved a one bedroom at this place for our 20th Anniversary that I saved for years to afford. I had some issues with my reservation and the staff did exactly zero to help the situation and instead kept reminding us of the ridiculous fees that we would have to pay in full on arrival. Then, our airline went on strike and I spent days trying to arrange travel to the resort. Told them we may be late with our arrival. Their response was to remind us that we would still be expected to pay the fees for the whole week even if we arrive late without any empathy for our situation or offering any assistance. At this point, we're considering alternative accommodations based on their attitude, as I doubt we will get good service if this is how they treat their guests before they even arrive.

I can’t say enough about how horrible this place is. Don’t stay here. Ever. Small dirty bathroom. Outdated furniture. Hard bed. Shuttle will break your bank. Very unhelpful front desk. Almost disappointing part of my Europe vacation.
Response from Property: Dear Guest, You know very well that your only problem was that you didn't want to pay the €40.00 shuttle fee. I had to personally call your tour operator, as a matter of principle and not for money, who obviously agreed with us. The most disappointing part for us, however, are people like you with dual personalities. The Director

The showers had mold in them, even though a housekeeper came in daily, all she did was take out trash. Towels were replaced 2x in 7 days. The restaurant had the worst food, my family did not even eat it. The fish was so smelly I was afraid I would get sick if I ate it. I did speak to the front desk about it, since no one at the restaurant spoke English. The front desk is the one who charges it to your room. The response I received from them was, oh really. I will check into that. I was still charged $35.00 per plate. The property is so far away that you have to take a shuttle to the nearest train or bus station, and they charge approximately 30 Euro each way unless, you pay 40 euro per person to get their "shuttle discount" that is still going to cost another 5 euro per person each way and will only leave and pick up 1 time per day. If you do not want to go at the time their shuttle leaves or picks up in Rome, you are out of luck and pay the 30 plus Euro. They have no grocery store close to the property, so if you need groceries better have a car or get shuttle and carry them. I Paid the property before I arrived and was told I just needed to pay taxes when I arrived. In total I paid another 330 euro upon check out due to the shuttle fees and the 1 dinner we did not even eat. Overall, the cost for the value was not worth it in my option.

Only stayed for one night, but the service from reception and staff in general was fantastic. Arranged late check out, transport to and from airport, tee times at Marco Simone And overall everyone were very friendly, might have helped the resort was quite empty when we were around. The location brilliant when playing at Marco Simone, 3-4 minute walk to the clubhouse Price for the stay was more than fair this time of the year as well. Nothing but praise from here, thanks a lot for everything and making our stay very enjoyable

Amazing resort and the food here was very good! Andrea was an amazing waiter and turned into a friend by the end of the trip! Amazing place to experience Rome! Every night we had a different suggestion for wine to pair with our meal!

The property was dated but all l the staff was nice and professional. Elena who served our breakfast and dinner at the restaurant was the only server but she managed it very well and served everyone with a big smile. On her day off, Andrea substituted her and he was equally good and made us laugh. At the reception, Maya was very helpful with directions and ideas on what to do in the area. The cleaning crew was fantastic and kept our room clean, emptying the trash daily and changing the linens twice during our one week stay. Renting a car is a must if you are comfortable driving in Rome. Though this property needs a good facelift, it’s very clean and its staff is helpful and friendly.

3 bedroom was clean and a great size for a family 6. The best part about our stay was the dinner menu and the exceptional service of our waiter Andrea! He always took care of us and was great company. Luigi the shuttle and taxi driver was great as well. Only downfall was that the pool was not available.

Booked her for the first leg of our stay. Staff was very nice and helpful. It’s unfortunate as the website shows that there is a pool and a spa but there isn’t. We had booked a 3 bedroom unit which was quite spacious. The beds were comfortable and having the mini kitchen with a microwave was helpful. The upstairs bathroom would only put out hot water for the shower so we had to use the other little faucet with spout. The washer and dryers in the underground parking was helpful as we were in Italy for 2 weeks. Only thing was it’s 5 Euros to wash and another 5 Euros to dry. So for my family of 3 it cost us 40 Euros to wash and dry. I think with the no pool and spa as advertised that should’ve just been given. Anyways it was helpful. The underground parking was nice to keep our rental car cool as it was really hot. It’s located not too far from Rome. Overall the place is nice with a nice restaurant available for dinner with reservations. Kinda pricey though so be prepared.

This location is very nice. It is a bit out of the way if you're visit is to see Rome but it is nice to get out of the city centre when not seeing sites. I would highly recommend using transit when going into Rome. Transit accesses almost all the main sites and is very affordable and easy to navigate.

The food was amazing and the service was even better! Elena (server) was very attentive and proactive. She provided excellent service and answered all our questions. We had a great time and enjoyed dinners with the other guests!
