去搭電梯的時候看見有浴巾還是毛巾隨意丟地上，一進房間的時候覺得有股味道，房間電視壞的，開不了也就算了，被子和床都有洗不掉的痕跡，詢問是否可以換房間，被告知每個房間都是這樣，要換也衹能換床比較小的房間，因為同等床房間滿了，衞生間洗手處的管漏水，浴巾有破洞，排風扇噪音大，隔音不好，有人在走廊説話都能聽到，樓上也聽到東西摩擦地面的聲音，不會再去第二次，要求不高的可以接受，畢竟幾十塊錢的價格擺在那，但是錢也不該白花，起碼的衞生該做好，污漬洗不掉還給顧客使用有點接受不了，浴巾有破洞也該更換。
