The front desk work efficiency is slow, the attitude is not friendly, cold and indifferent, others are good, the room is clean and tidy, it is recommended to stay

Is the front desk sitting at the service? When I arrived, I said I didn’t see my order. I booked a few days in advance and I didn’t just place the order when I arrived at the hotel. I waited for a long time to find out. The surface sanitation looks good, so don’t look at it. There is one in the room. The sofa and sofa cushions are full of rubbish and hair. Oh my goodness. The sound insulation is not good. I can hear it clearly when I speak next door. Is the restaurant closed or something? Shouldn’t the front desk remind the guests? The only thing is that the waiters are very enthusiastic, others are so-so. It is the first time I saw all the people sitting and receiving at the front desk of the hotel. The manager had already told us about it.

酒店門口就是停車場，亂收費，服務人員態度很差，愛答不理，裏面的衞生也不好，有灰塵，不好，差評差評差評，請避雷

沒見過這麼噁心的酒店，連小縣城的賓館都比不上，實在是太臟了。要不是太晚了小孩子要睡覺了肯定不住！！床單都是爛的破的，廁所一堆頭髮！

環境：剛下車，那邊的司機就帶我去這家酒店，然後一直給我推薦這邊旅遊非常好非常好怎樣怎樣，然後呢？然後把我帶到這家酒店非常偏僻 服務：我去到的時候是一個男的前台，當時他的態度非常的不好，就是愛答不理的那種，就覺得自己那個酒店很高貴 設施：設施還算可以吧，那個裡麪的沐浴露跟洗髮水都是快沒有了那個毛巾，不知道是用來幹什麼的就是看起來就很不乾淨 總之不會再去第二次體驗感真的很差，就是想過來旅遊結果呢，很失望！

旅遊城市節假日的房價簡直太坑了！四百多一晚！房間設施老舊，。。環境一般，隔音差！最氣人的是住店客人停車。。還要收費！

設施：設備還可以，就是有點小房間 衞生：衞生還行 環境：環境還不錯 服務：服務我真的醉了，我去住的時候特意問了，前台説隔音很好，然後我今天6點半，早上有一羣人吵架，氣死我了，罵了很久沒有酒店的人管，我出去罵了才停。後面退房我特意問了今天早上什麼情況，前台就很隨意的説，不好意思…… 我真的會謝，再也不來，介意隔音的注意一下。 還有，這家酒店停車費真有意思，一天10元還是20來着，然後特有意思的是收錢不管事，為什麼呢？因為門口貼了一個免責説明，意思是，你的車停這裏出了停車費，如果車子刮壞了或者什麼的他們不管。那我就想問一下，那你收錢幹嘛的？ 停車的注意一下吧，反正真實點評。

這家酒店住的也很舒服，以後有機會去桂林還要住幾天，桂林山水甲天下，名不虛傳，有機會大家去玩一玩，很不錯

整體來説還是十分不錯的，房間空間也挺大，大行李箱展開，過道仍然很通暢，不會顯得很擠。熱水來的很快，衞生看着也很舒服。唯一缺點就是隔音效果較差，走廊來人了能聽得到。
