選了好久才訂這家，太驚喜了，從入住前就接到酒店前台管家小晶的電話，詢問到店時間，詳細介紹了出站到酒店的距離，還有旅遊攻略，服務非常細心，到我們入住時，感受到了桂林人的熱情好客，前台提供了桂花茶，讓人很温暖，體會到了賓至如歸。房間是最滿意的，房間空間大，設備好，特別是床非常好，睡得很好，家人和孩子都很喜歡，老公説熱水特別給力，整天都有，這點很棒，早餐的桂林米粉很好吃，此次整體都非常滿意。

酒店地理位置很不錯，出門步行幾分鐘就到象鼻山和日月雙塔了；酒店的設備設施都很齊全，前廳小文的服務態度很周到，辦理入住後還送我們到房間，很認真的介紹了房間的設施設備使用方法，椿記燒鵝就在酒店旁邊，飯菜也很符合我的口味……

酒店服務人員很好 特別是晶晶和小夏小陳，有需要立即響應，辦理入住也會端茶倒水，很貼心，也會幫我們把行李拿上房間，其次酒店設施設備齊全，網紅泳池拍照不錯，還有洗衣機很方便，住得也很舒服，還在這裏續住一晚，很不錯的一家酒店！

酒店環境很好，能在頂樓欣賞桂林山水，距離熱門景點非常近，房間乾淨整潔，服務人員態度很贊，看帶個孩子行李多幫忙拎進拎出的。重點表揚下酒店設施配置真的很好，泳池打卡超級出片，親子設施少見的大，孩子進去就不出來了，我們坐的休閑區還有精緻下午茶，各有所愛，老母親難得這麼悠閑。

這家酒店的位置絕佳，交通便利，周邊景點環繞如象鼻山日月雙塔東西巷這些網紅景點，出行非常方便.酒店的設施設備也很齊全全而且很新，健身房，游泳池、小童樂園、餐飲一應俱全，早餐菜品味道好，種類多，還有很高端大氣上檔次的國風下午茶。9樓無邊泳池拍照打卡很出片，位置便利，周圍吃的也比較多。交通十分方便。服務效率高。讓我在旅途中也能保持最佳狀態。房間面積還可以於凈整潔衞生狀況非常好，環境很好窗外綠樹環繞、鳥語花香，房間的細節之處體現了酒店的用心。自己出行的話距離火車站也很方便，十分鐘就可以抵達，酒店工作人員服務態度也不錯，專業且熱情，如果是在桂林度過假期或者停留三兩天，這家酒店都是不錯的選擇。

去趟桂林既要對比房間環境又要看房價，結合地段出行！各種考慮看了很多家酒店，最後在出行定了雲端！總體來説很好的，乾淨整潔的大廳，房間乾淨明亮設施硬件很新環境很好，窗外都是樹鬱鬱葱葱的看着舒服空氣很清新，衞生上面：可能是我們工作的原因，我和愛人工作在醫療衞生機構，相對進入酒店觀查比較仔細，感覺酒店總體衞生還是非常不錯；服務人員也及時響應！入住期間一遇到點問題聯繫前台電話都能及時解決，這是服務管理上的優勢！小管家也很負責合理安排！早餐品種還算豐富跟價位是匹配的，攜程預訂的下午是有贈送一個國風下午茶的可以拍美美的照片，酒店環境：交通很方便，酒店9樓無邊泳池觀景台可以拍到象鼻山全貌，右手邊是桂林兩江四湖之一的桃花江，還有個超級大的小童樂園帶娃出門吃喝住行搞定！ 服務：值得表揚 設施：設施設備齊全很好 都很新。有機會在來桂林會再次入住，謝謝酒店可愛的服務人員！

這是一家新裝修規模中型的酒店 設施非常新 房間配有ai智能管家系統 可以語音控制窗簾燈光電視 等 用起來很方便 衞生間花灑也是我用過的最新穎方便的 水流非常大 手持花灑和頭頂大花灑也都很好用
酒店服務就更好了 所有員工不論在哪裡遇見都會熱情的打招呼和你聊天 詢問是否有什麼困難需要幫助
尤其是前台的夏經理 入住時正好遇見不但熱情的接待了我們 還幫着我們提行李 帶我們去房間 介紹房間的各種設施的使用方法 即使是五星酒店也不一定可以做的這麼好。

酒店位於市中心，交通非常便利，酒店硬件設施完善，九樓有大型小童樂園和親子設施，露天泳池就在餐廳旁，適合拍照打卡，值得推薦，期待下次親子入住體驗！距離象鼻山，日月雙塔，逍遙樓等景點步行即可到達，周邊當地特色菜也值得品嚐，極力推薦酒店旁邊椿記燒鵝！服務態度非常好，主動幫拿行李，房間乾淨衞生， 還會再來的。

設施：很齊全，有親子設施，小童樂園很大，孩子非常喜歡；自助洗衣房也不錯，孩子衣服換的太勤，洗完就直接烘乾。泳池很美，沒來得及下水，下次了。
衞生：房間乾淨衞生，隔音也不錯。
環境：環境很美，能看到羣山，還有灕江，躺在躺椅這看風景，是一種享受。
服務：態度很熱情，每次進出都打招呼。
