LiCLOUDS HOTEL (Guilin Two Rivers and Four Lakes Xiangshan Park)

The hotel's location is excellent. It's very close to the scenic spots, making it super convenient to get around. You can even walk to Elephant Trunk Hill and the Sun and Moon Pagodas. It's great for families with kids because they have a children's play area and a family-friendly pool, which is really handy. The service was also very warm and welcoming, definitely recommend.

A very satisfying hotel stay! The receptionist was so sweet and patient. After a tiring day of exploring at night, they even offer foot-soaking service. The hotel also features a kids' play area and an outdoor swimming pool. It's clean, hygienic, and every spot is great for taking Instagram-worthy photos. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Guilin.

We got a free room upgrade! The bed was huge, and the room was clean and well-kept. It's very close to the scenic area, the staff were polite, and the rates were quite reasonable. The only small thing is that breakfast could be a bit more refined. At check-out, the front desk even gave us a souvenir—they really put their heart into the service. I'd definitely consider staying here again next time; it's so convenient to get everywhere!

After our trip to Yangshuo, we chose this hotel in Guilin. It's super convenient for getting around, very close to Elephant Trunk Hill and Sun and Moon Twin Pagodas – you can just walk there. This was perfect for our family traveling with seniors and kids. The hotel also has a kids' play area, so the little ones could enjoy themselves after breakfast.

Extremely satisfied with this trip! The front desk even upgraded our room and gave us a breakfast voucher because we were traveling with a child. The service was excellent, very accommodating. After check-in, they provided a guide with local attractions and food recommendations. We were incredibly happy! They even gave us a souvenir upon check-out. Five-star rating!

The Cloud Hotel is perfectly located for anyone visiting Guilin. The staff are dedicated, responsible, and very welcoming! The accommodation is clean and comfortable! My husband and I flew in from Xi'an on an early flight to check into the hotel. Because it was the National Day holiday, there were many guests, and check-out was around noon. The front desk staff saw that my husband wasn't feeling well and immediately upgraded us to another room so we could check in and rest right away! We were very touched! This small gesture truly shows the Cloud Hotel's dedicated service spirit! Thank you all very much!

The hotel's location is excellent; we could walk to Elephant Trunk Hill, and within a few kilometers, we found Seven Star Cave, East and West Alleys, Jingjiang Prince City, and Sun and Moon Twin Pagodas, all of which are stunning. The hotel is very new, and our king room was clean and comfortable. Swimming on the ninth floor while overlooking the scenery was a fantastic experience. The breakfast was also very rich and varied. The front desk staff were beautiful, young, enthusiastic, and attentive; they even brought extra bottles of water when they worried we wouldn't have enough. The hotel's personal butler provided thoughtful recommendations for attractions inside and outside Guilin via WeChat, which was incredibly helpful – we didn't need to do any extra research. After a tiring day of sightseeing, the hotel even asked if we needed foot soak bags and a basin, which was a first for me, especially in Guangxi! The experience was truly great. Many thanks to the beautiful and charming ladies at the front desk for their warm and meticulous service!

Great location, and the hotel service was excellent and very thoughtful. I came with friends and our kids, and they had a blast at the kids' play area on the 9th floor. It's a shame it rained, so we couldn't use the pool, but the loungers on the rooftop terrace were very relaxing. The room we booked was large and comfortable. Overall, it was fantastic. The pho place recommended by the front desk was also great, and there's a fantastic Li Ji Luosifen (snail noodle soup) about 600 meters from the hotel. All in all, a good location and convenient.
