I stayed here one night following my football team in Braga. It was one of the last hotels in the area that was still available, but travel to nearby Braga was only possible by taxi. The hotel was very basic. - The toilet was in a poor state of repair. There was often no hot water, and the shower runs off the tap water so this made showering difficult. The bathroom sink was made of stainless steel, which was reminiscent of a prison cell. - There is no heating, the air con only cools the room. It was cold weather during my stay, which made for a very uncomfortable sleep. - Reception is manned 24 hours a day, which was useful for getting bottled water when I arrived back late at night. It was also useful for getting a taxi so I could escape back to civilisation when I left early in the morning to go home. Don’t stay here at all if you’re actually on holiday, and if you’re just stopping over… still don’t stay here if there is literally anything else available.

Hotel familiar, tranquilo, cerca del río recomendado para grupo y familias con niños, personal muy amable y comida casera y con un excelente servicio de limpieza, nos atendieron muy bien y fueron muy amables atendiendo a las necesidades del alumnado que nos acompañó.

Hotel muy recomendable para grupos. Atención magnífica del personal, comida casera y de acceso rápido a lugares de visita. Los propietarios son muy atentos y se preocupan por hacerte sentir como en casa. Hotel muy recomendable para ir con grupos grandes o con parejas con hijos. El cuidado de la limpieza y los pequeños detalles es algo a destacar, el servicio es bastante mejor que lo que se paga por aloj****. Volveremos sin duda alguna.

Efetuei reversa na entidade hoteleira aqui identificada por um período de 35 noites seguidas . Como tinha créditos no programa IvaVaucher enviei antes da estadia um email á entidade hoteleira a solicitar a informação se a mesma estava registada com o TPA no programa IvaVaucher e, a mesma enviou email a confirmar que já eram aderentes ao programa IvaVaucher. Posto isso no final da estadia solicitei fatura e efetuei pagamento com o meu cartão multibanco que se encontrava registado neste programa. Após passados uns dias reparei que o valor do credito em iva não me tinha sido reembolsado pela entidade IvaVaucher. Entrei em contacto com a mesma e após esclarecer todos os procedimentos a entidade IvaVaucher confirmou que o entidade Hoteleira Girassol Empreendimentos Turísticos Lda. não tinha o terminal registado no programa IvaVaucher. Posto isto entrei em contacto com o Hotel onde fiz reclamação e forneci toda a informação que os mesmos solicitaram. Estes inicialmente responderam que iriam entregar o assunto foi entregue ao seu departamento jurídico e desde então nunca mais responderam aos meus emails.

Comida tradicional muito boa! Optamos pela degustação do cozido e dos rojões! O cozido muito bem servido acompanhado de batatas couves e um delicioso arroz! Os rojões muito bons! Valeu a maravilhosa simpatia do Sr. Manuel e das indicações, assim como do vinho verde tinto da casa! Classificação excelente ... a repetir👌💫

Dans le cadre de notre autotour, nous avons passé une nuitée dans cet hôtel qui peut faire une étape pour se rendre à Porto. Malheureusement, il y a beaucoup de travaux juste devant l'hôtel actuellement mais le stationnement n'est pas difficile. Cet hôtel mériterait d'être rénové, il est resté dans son jus des années 80, cependant rien de rédhibitoire. La chambre était correcte, malheureusement c'était de la moquette au sol parfois tâchée mais la chambre était propre. La literie n'était pas très confortable c'est à mon sens le point noir de l'hôtel. Dommage.... La salle de bain était grande avec une baignoire et le tout était propre. C'est un hôtel au confort simple. Le petit-déjeuner était correct et il y avait tout de même du choix pour contenter les estomacs les plus difficiles. Tout comme la chambre c'était simple mais efficace.

Nunca mais voltar e não recomendo a ninguém , experiência horrível , Diretor muito mal educada , quartos com alcatifas que nos impede de descansar e os serviços péssimos , onde já tínhamos pago metade e não verificou, nota zero.Todos os funcionários mal formados , exemplo da diretora . Não recomendo
