用攜程訂酒店第一次給差評，這個酒店真的糟糕，具體如下：
一、我們是當天提前辦理入住，前台告知好久沒打掃了，可以先放行李進去再叫保潔搞衞生，我們當天有別的行程也就同意了就先放行李進去，誰知晚上回到酒店發現，並沒有打掃乾淨，酒店房間一股黴味，掀開被子發現有頭髮和毛絮，想打電話給前台，房間電話打不通，後面手機聯繫前台要求重新打掃，後面保潔過來説就是這樣的，打掃過了？後面我們要求換房間，酒店同意給我們先看另外一間房，同樣的臟，有異味甚至更重！由於是節假日出遊，別的酒店也難訂了，最後還是住原來訂的房間，但是要求重新更換被套床單！
該酒店在攜程顯示寫的是2023年開業，實際上並不是，之前是叫什麼百靈酒店，是老破舊的酒店，房間的實際情況和宣傳明顯不符，是非常破舊的裝修，還有那個沙發臟臟的，和酒店保潔説了，也不作為！（真的不知道從哪裡拉來的沙發椅子，感覺裝修風格好亂），地板還是有三種花色的地板磚，酒店説打掃過了，就是那樣的，實際客廳地面非常臟，穿了新拖鞋走過去粘一堆臟兮兮的東西
二、該酒店存在巨大的安全隱患，女生獨自出門的千萬別訂這個酒店，酒店是商住一體的結構，周圍環境非常吵雜；（當天晚上半夜我們門口有人一直在説話）
三、酒店沒有提供免費停車（雖然我們沒開車來）
四、房間非常臭，那個氣味一直存在！！！！！（我們訂的是家庭房，裏面有微波爐有冰箱甚至有洗碗的之類的，但是那些貌似電器好久沒有使用過，微波爐按鈕右有點油油的，我嘗試打開一個碗櫃，哇😤，當場想吐，一股臭味襲來！趕緊關上！）

房間很大，有個客廳跟簡易小廚房，床在客廳的兩側。吹風機還有改善空間，雖然入住有出點小差錯，但也很快處理好了。

酒店不錯，房間也很好，長者到了以後是21層，本來從攜程聯繫是就11-13層的，前台已經答應了，可能人太多留不下，總體上還是比較滿意的。
