服務：正規的酒店都是12點退房，最晚延遲到14點退房，這個酒店沒有，也沒有打電話，我當天下午有事走了，想着以後在回去，可是今天下午給我打電話，態度特別惡劣，不給我的按金，真的是服務有待提升！
衞生：沒有吹風機，洗澡還得去負一層，服務員也態度不好，讓拿浴巾一直推脱，

第一，前台服務員態度差，打了多次前台電話都不接，下樓一看，原來在跟別人聊天呢，確實忙得不可開交！第二，房間內部有煙味，夾雜着洗浴的味道，很難聞，本想打開窗户晾一下，結果窗户是打開了，晚上要睡覺的時候發現關不上！第三，床很硬，酒店連床都是硬的，你還開什麼？第四，走廊聲音很大，不是客人的聲音，而是服務員們聊天的聲音，還有敲門聲，此起彼伏，住了一晚跟去了貧民窟一樣，這酒店影響市容！給我的印象極差！總之，沒有一處亮點，沒有一個正常酒店的環境和服務！
