Hey I'm Raj. Someday before I was in Delhi and I was in sky City hotel for business purposes. Hotel is very well and rooms are well maintained. All staff are very good in behaviour. The receptionist will give you accurate advice. And there's a guard, so you don't have to worry. The sheets and linens are well-maintained, so you can feel very relaxed. Anyway, it's a good start to Delhi. However, since you will be walking from the metro, you will need to use a rickshaw. I think it would be easier to search for a hotel next door.
