the overall experience is good. the property is a bit old and needs more maintenance or renovation but they have everything you need and the staff is very friendly. the location is easy access to supermarket and bakery and shops. location is quiet and secured.

Une nuit passée dans le cadre d'un séminaire professionnel ne m'a vraiment pas vraiment pas convaincue ! Accueil non professionnel. Un grand nombre de chambres n'étaient pas prêtes à notre arrivée malgré l'organisation en amont et les consignes données pour un gain de temps optimal. Pas d'eau chaude ou pas d'eau du tout dans un certain nombre de chambres. Nous étions un groupe d'une centaine de personnes et avons eu la bonne surprise de constater l'existence d'une seule machine à café pour le petit déjeuner ! Sans compter le manque de tables/chaises. Il a fallu attendre son tour pour avoir un café et espérer s'asseoir... Situation pratique à Guyancourt et grande capacité d'accueil en termes de nombre de chambres sont ses seuls atouts.

Struttura un po’ datata è da sistemare si trova vicino a Versailles (5km) raggiungibile con un autobus (439) in 15 minuti. Da lì si può prendere il treno per Parigi (€3,50) che in 40 minuti ti porta al centro. Camere spaziose, letti e cuscini per fortuna morbidì e nuovi, soggiorno con divano sporchissimo (magari mettere un copri divano che si pulisce) e cucina arredata con il minimo indispensabile! In una settimana non sono mai venuti a fare le pulizie o cambiare gli asciugamani (forse non era compreso nel prezzo). Lavandino del bagno intasato e riscaldamento molto rumoroso in quanto la caldaia si trova in camera da letto 😱😱😱. Colazione al costo di €14 al giorno (direi eccessiva per le proposte offerte) minimale: salumi vecchi, uova sode, macchina del caffè da prepararti tu (non male), briosche fresche e frutta. Tavoli poco distanziati. Ampio parcheggio privato, tavoli anche all’esterno per le belle giornate. Penso che se nn si ha esigenza di stare in zona chiuderebbe.

Séjour acceptable, chambre propre en général. Le point négatif c’est l’attitude du personnel (au niveau de l’accueil). Ils ne sont pas chaleureux, aucuns sourires, limite tu as l’impression de déranger quand tu les abordes pour un renseignement. C’était assez dérangeant. Aussi, c’est quand même étrange de séjourner pratiquement une semaine, et aucun service ménage ne passe, ne fusse que pour quand même changer les draps, mais bon….. Je ne sors pas satisfaite de ce séjour, surtout quand j’ai mis de mon argent.
